What do you like best about the product?
It is designed and augmented to cater the needs of the small and medium enterprises in an effective way.

There is nothing i dislike but they system may crash sometime but there is the support you receive every time.

Sometimes hard to understand UI/UX - to many features and possibilities to use the product.

SAP Business Technology Platform is like a problem-solving ninja! It tackles a bunch of pesky issues that used to bug me. For starters, it sorts out all my data chaos and lets me make sense of things with super-smooth analytics. No more head-scratching, just solid insights.
But that's not all – it also kicks out the hassle of juggling different systems. Everything talks to each other seamlessly now, which means less time wrestling with tech and more time doing important stuff.

One potential drawback is the learning curve associated with some of its advanced functionalities, which might require users to invest time in training and familiarization.

Data Management: Storing, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data efficiently and in real-time can be difficult. and Integration: Integrating various systems, applications, and data sources to enable seamless data flow can be complex and time-consuming.

I like how SAP brings everything together and makes it easy to visualize your data. Our company runs on SAP across the enterprise so it's easy to track data.

I would like more hands-on training to be more proficient in the system myself rather than reaching out to the IT department all the time.

SAP Bussiness Technology has been a really important tool for our workplace because of its data analytics solution as well as management and the beautiful dashboards it provides

The learning curve personally was a little high and it did take some time to get used to, however the documentation proved itself useful and easy to get through this curve!

Sap Bussiness technology platform allowed us to move all our data analytics and dashboards to a single source as well as provide really insightful analysis that we wouldnt have had otherwise

Good Service Platform
What do you like best about the product?
SAP Business Technology Platform provides an extensive list of Software to be used as a service. Especially the list of business modeling software helps in reshaping the business requirements to reduce the overall cost and time of implementation. The technical setup support helps in getting started quite quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP Business Technology Platform has a very limited free trial period. Although, the support is quite impressive for one to get started, however, I still believe that 14 day trial is quite less. A person needs more time to get familiar and learn the product so that he can take the decision whether to go with the product fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The extensive list of business modeling tools and softwares provided by SAP Business Technology Platform are helpful for small to mid level business owner who need such tools to get integrate them in their business, however, at the same time does not have the time and resources for developing personalized tools by themselves for inhouse use.
