Better understand your most valuable customers with SAP data relocation and transformation.
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent data collection functions, which allows you to better know the customers you manage, options to transform highly complex data into simple options to be understood by any user. Excellent for evaluating metrics with business requirements, very well-developed. In its configuration the reporting and analysis tool (BI) is undoubtedly a robust tool capable of querying, analyzing and generating very comprehensive reports on the data collected, users can access from a fully hosted environment in the SAP cloud. I must also highlight the visualization functions, one of the most complete I have had the pleasure of handling. The interactive dashboards are another of the things this program does well, fully adaptable to any business user according to their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not satisfied with the integration developed for Microsoft Office, since when importing large volumes of data from Excel there can be problems in the process, the interface is really complex to understand at the beginning I had to spend hours trying to understand the use and implementation of this service. I also consider that they should put more support material for the full understanding of the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the use of this smart tool we have managed to release valuable employees from repetitive work, with the data extraction functions of documents, we have been able to automate the entire classification and transformation by hosting everything in the cloud, to be examined by our employees, achieving greater efficiency and speed. RPA robots have allowed us to automate complex tasks, especially in the area of application and software development. We have been able to create customized workflows in different areas, achieving a very complete asset management. It has allowed us to accelerate the connection with pre-designed applications hosted in the cloud. Acceleration of the upload and download of completely independent data.

Pricing model is a bit difficult to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After SAP BTP , work seems to be effortless due to it's RPA feature. I will say its low code soltuion.

What do you like best about the product?
The things I like most about using this service are certainly being able to connect locally to the cloud. I also want to emphasize that the security provided by the program is excellent, the integrations offered with other SAP services such as SAP S/4HANA allow you to get the most out of it together, and they also allow you to establish fully shared access. In fact, you can develop and deploy applications in the cloud without consuming many resources, and the speed that each application imparts is incredible. The desktop working environment and the organization are synonymous with SAP; you can work with open source; in fact, they are always updating. Robust automation for public cloud-based hybrid. The ability to improve business workflow by always supporting the most complex requirements, fast data collection, and data flow management is another feature to highlight.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be critical, especially with the little training or guides that I have found when acquiring the service. The product is quite complex at the beginning if you do not have knowledge in the area, so in the future, provide better advice. For the future, I expect more customizations in the area of user control; I think this area should be updated; better integration with HANA is the key to sucess; I hope to improve ind data analysis, I think it is a point to study in this review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently implemented this service for data migration and update projects in the cloud in conjunction with HANA; in fact, we integrate both services to achieve better performance in this area. In the development area, we have been able to develop better internal financial applications for our most demanding customers. This service has also allowed us to host a lot of applications on their server, specifically applications modeled by RAP. For business analytics, in conjunction with Azure, we have managed to develop applications for companies involved in financial software. We got involved with this service mainly to improve our software sales. In the financial area, we have benefited a lot from its use and implementation, and I hope to continue counting on it in the future.

This platform was price was very high and there is user guidance for the first time users.For new users for learning this software finds so many difficulties

Data Analytics, AI and Integeration made easy SAP BTP, it have access to enhance our data if its stored anywhere and stop staring endlessly, in one word we can complete sales order document.

it is lack of source to learn in an easy and fun way and takes lot of time to integrate with other CRM systems. once it is integrated no issues need more awareness on utilization.

As our systems is working on Sales orders of company we need an SOW, invoicing and contract sheets these things are easy in SAP Hana cloud and integraion with CRM system not an easy before SAP BTP we are using informatica for to send our data some times jobs will fail sometimes and lot of issues, while integrating with SAP BTP it made easy for 2 ways bounds of integration.

The feature that I like the most in this tool is that it enables organisations to predict future trends which further enabkes them to make wise decisions based on predictions. it is an extensive and secure tool for managing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOmetimes service crashes randomly due to which it needs retart. Else there is no downfall hence no dislike about SAP Business Technology Platform.

Since SAP has been in market for many years, it becomes an excellent choice for migration from any CRM or comparable software or service. Due to its high degree of adaptability it effortlessly function for both small and large enterprises.

What do you like best about the product?
Because it is a serverless PaaS component, you don't have to bother about infrastructure or runtime. We may adjust file automation via code, and you will receive a monitoring design to view any failure and its cause. You can use a tool similar to the database given to create and retrieve records. It took me less time than other serverless providers/services to forecast the outcome of a pre-trained machine learning model using SAP Business Technology Platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It entails coding using your own library and annotations. It's useful for customisation, but if you don't require specific automation, don't touch it because writing code for only one function and debugging it will take a long time. The cost calculator has to be modified so that consumers can receive an accurate estimate ahead of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue I had was forecast time; I am completely happy with this technique in terms of prediction time. There's no need to worry about infrastructure because it allows us to automate the use of various connected services. For example, if I'm processing a file at 11 p.m. every day and it fails, I can add my Outlook mail id to trigger a mail failure on my id and if all goes well, I can store that file in a SharePoint via http request.

What do you like best about the product?
The SAP platform for companies practically has it all. First, I want to emphasize that it is fully hosted in the cloud, the integration capabilities are multiple, including adapting very well with other SAP products, the business application databases are really well-developed, I like the interface it offers and the speed with which it processes data end-to-end, the solutions for data analysis are extensive enough that I could implement a few, and I have been amazed with the results obtained. The options for add-ons I love never get me tired of interacting with this program. The experience I have had as a user is really smooth; the applications developed, the interface, it really is so well-designed that everything connects. I also like being able to minimize the cost of creating applications. We have managed to automate our services so much that the demand has grown in recent years.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for the cost structure, to be really honest, SAP Business Technology Platform is not a cheap product; there are competitors with better prices; however, I am quite comfortable with the use of this platform.
It consumes a lot of system resources. I hope they do a better job with future upgrades. For bulk data processing, it can take a while.
I would like an interface that adapts to my mobile device; it is very necessary to be sitting at the desktop computer to view any function of these services.

We use the SAP Business Technology Platform for cloud solutions, both local and hybrid. Thanks to this service, we have been able to create more technologically advanced and responsive applications, obtaining better results in data processing and analysis. We have been able to effectively support critical processes, unleashing the full business potential of our organization. It is our mainstay in the area of integration services, and we have also been able to further automate our services, saving valuable time that we spend in other areas of our company.
