The learning curve is a bit of struggle so the organisation needs to invest significantly on training and development of resources. The licensing cost is another point where BTP can improve. It becomes non viable for SMEs.

Process execution and automation are the high points for BTP. Such Low-code application is always easier to adopt for non-technical resources and hence cross skilled people can also work on it.

SAP BTP is a complete tool that offers options to develop extension applications also can integrate several systems; it also provides tools for development integration and automation, allows precise control and practical manuals for implementation and development; you can create a global account based on the cloud with 1 to 1 mapping, gives you the ability to integrate with google services, AWS or Azure, the interface is complete having a lot of features and licenses for your use even at no cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP BTP is a complex, robust product with high demands and experience. First, many licenses are not usually cheap, and navigating its platform can be tedious if you do not have the proper knowledge; however, the scope is so enormous that it is worth enjoying this service; another problem is perhaps that you need a good load of data as many add-ons can take time to appear.

Application creation, business process execution and application automation, ability to analyze and integrate data into your platform. Options for low-code application development and (AI) integration with other SAP products minimize the preparation and movement of data from our company.
