SAP BTP is the best database out there and makes it easy to work on reports.
What do you like best about the product?
SAP Business Technology Platform is ideal for organizations experiencing rapid growth. It is very customizable and can be integrated with other applications; it is simple to use, and the information is simple to collect and digest. In summary, I've been able to organize my own sales channel much better with the organization's capabilities and lists for recapturing potential clients; I love the reports and panels that I can create in SAP Business Technology Platform; and I can visualize numbers very well for the executive team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support community is not very active since it is difficult to find answers to queries, certain things are highly twisted and hidden, there are numerous steps to go for an action, and occasionally the SAP Business Technology Platform crashes and takes forever to load. I don't believe this is a major issue, but it always takes longer than necessary, which might be inconvenient, It may be difficult to work with SAP BTP at times; it would be wonderful to have more useful tutorials on how to design dashboards and make reports, as well as how to retrieve data depending on what we need.

What do you like best about the product?
With the SAP ecosystem, SAP BTP is the best platform for end-to-end application needs. The tool is simple to use and comes up with good learning documents. It is highly scalable, especially with SAP-based applications. It comes up with multiple integrations, such as AI, Cloud Analytics etc., that give a 360-degree view of the applications hosted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to its competitors, the user experience can be improved as someone new to the SAP world faces initial challenges. Product pricing is also on the higher side and could be more aggressive. The AI services are not much matured and would need rolling updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our applications are hosted using the SAP BTP, providing end-to-end application visibility. Cross-teams use this platform to deploy their applications. Its integrations are helping to have a complete configuration.

SAP BTP sometimes faces performance and system integration issues even though it supports coding multiple services. For consultants, it is still required to code in UI5 for fiori based applications

The platform is occasionally sluggish and the load time is lengthy; also, being a multi-tenant platform, there are numerous constraints to what you can do with the app, developers can become entangled in the sales force environment, making it impossible to escape. I dislike how glitchy it can be at times; I also wish it was more accessible and easier to use for reporting; and I wish I didn't have to manually update my current reports; they simply update automatically.
