One of the standout features of SAP BTP is its robust integration capabilities. It allows seamless integration with various systems, databases, and applications, enabling businesses to connect and unify their data and processes. With this, it also offers a highly scalable and flexible environment, allowing businesses to adapt and grow according to evolving needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to find comprehensive and easily accessible documentation and resources for SAP BTP. Improved documentation and readily available learning materials could enhance the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to address integration challenges by providing a unified platform that connects disparate systems, applications, and data sources. It streamlines the integration process and enables seamless data exchange and process automation, leading to improved operational efficiency and data consistency.
ALL IN ONE BUSINESS INTELLIGENT PaaS
What do you like best about the product?
SAP Business Technology Platform is an all-in-one business intelligence tool that works as a business-building platform, database management system, data security, and data analysis tool. The plug-ins are accessible and offer high integration features with other tools like AWS for content management, Kaylera for dialing, and PowerBi for data visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
As usual, the cost of the SAP Business Technology Platform is costly. SAP BTP is not for all enterprises; enterprises with a minimum of 2,500 to 5,000 employees or handling more than 50mn data only get benefit from SAP BTP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Business Technology Platform is a unified platform for all our business needs. It simplifies our business processes like data management, content management, process tracking, query ticketing&tracking, and data security. SAP BTP is a hybrid platform that works in the cloud and on-premises, so it is a perfect PaaS platform for the current hybrid work model.

What do you like best about the product?
SAP allows companies to work on standardized and normalized processes, which influence how they are executed, taking into account the best business practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The development interface in SAP Business looks like the development interface of Microsoft Visual Basic 6, it should have a better interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the area of finance and productivity, the SAP core definitely makes the processes in a company work properly, through the application of best practices in business matters.

We use BTP to have a simulation application within our CRM sales journey.

I did not have visibility (at least in conjunction with my partner implementer) of templates and/or accelerators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a sales simulation application built on BTP, which we access throughout the broker's journey within the SAP CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible platform with a standard product that allows adding layers of enhancements within good development practices. 1000 users using it with 16x7 shifts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of skilled professionals for the adoption of solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offline scheduling of railway maintenance with Rolling Stock, Railway Network, Infrastructure, and Electroelectronics.
Many possibilities in one integrated platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that we can build many systems and build our own solutions in one integrated platform. It integrates very well with all the SAP and non SAP systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
We should have a better way to distribute the credits (costs) along the solutions. We have one instance that attends many companies in the same platform and we would like to know how much each company is consuming of our CPEA credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between different systems (Integration Suite), Cloud specialist and customized developments. In the future we intend to use it to make the S/4 core clean.
