What do you like best about the product?
SAP Business Technology Platform provides great amount of flexibility in order of usage. It shows zero performance issues while working in large integrated environment. I would say its an innovation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Criticizing with performance and User experience point of view is really impossible with SAP Business Technology Platform. Rather, this is proved solution for all kinds of business technology requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Considering high demand of SAP business technologies and its usage being done by huge audience,we had to have something like SAP Business Technology Platform. It Platform as a service fascility over cloud helped us to achiew great fluency.

SAP has allowed me to manage my team and have a good overview of the business

Inputting the correct information and searching for items can be time consuming

Keepin track of the team time and expenses. Great tool that allows me to export reports and easily accessible on the go

the platform can be laggy sometimes when it's heavy

the company needs a platform to compile many data in one go and SAP platform has been a great help for it
Too Complicated
What do you like best about the product?
I believe this technology will benefit businesses to find customers and suppliers easily from all over the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is very confusing to use. I have had to use this platform to send an invoice to a customer, and it has been a long, drawn-out process just trying to get approved on the forum, even to send a simple invoice for work being done. I have not yet been able to successfully send an invoice that has been approved yet, so the longer I am unable to send an invoice, the longer my company has to go without payment.

The platform has not solved any problems but has only created problems for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The most appreciated feature of SAP BTP is serviceless computing; one can code on the fly and deploy quickly with layers; it is good for jobs that run quickly and frequently; SAP BTP is simple to use, monitor, and deploy; it is versatile and can be used to act on schedules or respond to external triggers efficiently. One of the primary benefits of a serverless architecture is that you only pay for the server resources you use, and SAP Business Technology Platform is an excellent example. Our team builds web apps using SAP Business Technology Platform, which saves us time and effort because SAP BTP automatically provisioned resources as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Timeout constraint, SAP BTP cannot be utilized for data-intensive jobs that take more time to transfer data to the destination, timeout and payload limits are some limitations that can be deal breakers, Although it has improved over time, you should keep in mind that when working with SAP Business Technology Platform, your local development methodology will be different. Like with all other SAP services, Business Technology Platform requires some expertise to use; a new user will not be able to use it correctly until they read the documentation and go through the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By ensuring dependability and stability, SAP Business Technology Platform makes it simple to upgrade, standardize, and convert current cronjobs. SAP BTP also offers serverless computing for the creation of our online applications. The key advantage it offers is its simple interaction with other SAP services; we can utilize other SAP products for storage, and for NoSQL databases, we can have them all under one infrastructure rather than switching to various storage providers or database services.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and has many user-friendly features in the SAP BTP repository. SAP BTP offers many features to seamlessly integrate with other on-premise SAP systems. There are many uses cases that we have used using BTP.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of each component is not clearly defined. We find it difficult to understand how much it will be charged by activating each service.The cost for each component should clearly be mentioned in the BTP homepage then it will be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can send data out using BTP to our cloud-hosted environment. We can use it to integrate with various nonsap systems. We are also using it to develop no-code ABAP and Fiori apps. This has been very helpful for SAP event mesh and use cases similar to that.

SAP BTP is awesome tool for database management. It is very easier data analytics with this tool, provides security to the data and helping in identity managing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good about SAP BTP, nothing to dislike.

SAP BTP is helping us in storage of large and different forms of data. Also it is very helpful while it comes to recovery of data.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating SAP Business Technology Platform with other systems or applications. We have used this for GST integration in our India system. It has helped seamlessly integrate functionality required.
Most convoluted accounting system I have ever used - not user friendly to use
What do you like best about the product?
When I exit SAP - that is the best part of using SAP

It is not user intuitive and is very convoluted to use. Personally, I have used better accounting software programs that work effectively and are easy and user friendly.
