What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and dose not need much traing for end user.

From backend administration team, very complex for the backend and high license cost.

To be honest involved doing PoC's not in a position to give the realisation benefits.

SAP Leonardo is a powerful platform for incorporating the most recent digital innovations into your business and reaping the benefits ahead of time. It's IoT solution helps users reimagine business processes and models with embedded IoT services and data.

Integration with other data center like Microsoft azzure is a minus point. There's an opportunity for support of SAP Leonardo IOT in knowledge aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best in forecasting and prediction of system due to machine learning ability. It can be involved in the integration of data collecting sensors. Business performance has definitely seen a growth.

SAP Leonardo IoT offers OData-based apps for modeling things, creating users, and so on. When exploring the platform, you may discover additional apps that are not explained in product documentation.
