What do you like best about the product?
Sap business technology platform helps to automate the businesses and grow faster with it's awesome feature application development and automation using RPA bots.

Everything is good about SAP business technology platform.

SAP BTP is helping us plan confidently with it's trusted and verified data.Also allows us to integrate plans with sap application very effectively.

SAP BTP is helpful in building, enhancing and extending SAP business applications, and it also provides in-memory capabilities, core platform services and microservices.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP BTP sometimes faces performance and system integration issues even though it supports coding multiple services. For consultants, it is still required to code in UI5 for fiori based applications

What do you like best about the product?
There is no need for coding to express complicated logic, the interface is user-friendly, and there is strong insight to introduce industry-specific clouds. The learning curve is not high, and it is simple to become acquainted with SAP BTP ideas, as well as to see every contact and account in one spot. It's simple to observe activity across the board, so you know what's going on and what everyone else is doing with the account or contact. SAP Business Technology Platform has served as the cornerstone for the success of our sales and marketing, revenue, and finance teams, assisting in the management and maintenance of our sales funnel by keeping everything structured.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is occasionally sluggish and the load time is lengthy; also, being a multi-tenant platform, there are numerous constraints to what you can do with the app, developers can become entangled in the sales force environment, making it impossible to escape. I dislike how glitchy it can be at times; I also wish it was more accessible and easier to use for reporting; and I wish I didn't have to manually update my current reports; they simply update automatically.

We want a centralized location where all team members can view activity and opportunities across thousands of contacts and accounts. On a daily basis, the SAP Business Technology Platform makes it simple for everyone to keep up to date and connected. Our customer wants to manage campaigns, leads, and accounts and deliver a service for those accounts, which SAP Business Technology Platform can handle effortlessly. We may also leverage the Experience Cloud to create a quick-launch site for clients.

It's single stop for all subscriptions of the applications like integrations sute, sap cap, sap irpa. This subscriptions can be done based on subscription model, pay as u go and monthly subscriptions

The variety and different flavors for integration and automation of a vast variety of applications in a single platform without using multiple tools or solutions

It can be a bit overwhelming, at least at the beginning, provided the huge variety of configurations, APIs and integrations available; it´s a lot if you didn´t plan it beforehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, the automation for customer interactions is rarely found in just one tool; often, we have to use more than one solution and cross-reference the results in order to get the results that we got on SAP BTP alone

Some automation might be overly complicated at times. For example, the flow builder is a fantastic tool, but I wish there was more guidance on how to utilize it. It might take time and frustration to get to the point where you can access and comprehend SAP Business Technology Platform. Because the SAP Business Technology Platform contains so much information, it might be difficult to adapt and train new users on how to utilize it. Having said that, I don't like the fact that each instance of SAP Business Technology Platform is unique to the firm for which you work.

We use SAP BPT for our ERP and CRM implementation. The metadata generated from the BPT module is highly beneficial in analyzing data and improves the overall efficiency of business operations.

I think the search feature in SAP BTP needs some upgrades. We must enter a specific word to search for any item. Sometimes the refresh rates are slower; new information takes time to appear. Uploads can be time-consuming owing to latency, and data takes time to appear in the system. Furthermore, there are too many buttons, which leads to user confusion.
