Excellent database with a great capacity to organize information.
What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the most well-organized and user-friendly customer and data management systems available. I like using this program since it creates a highly user-friendly database. SAP BTP user interface is extremely customisable, allowing the end user to personalize their experience to their own needs and tastes. The quantity of contacts and information that can be entered into SAP Business Technology Platform is what I enjoy best about it. I particularly enjoy how you can handle contacts, leads, and opportunities individually, giving you a clear view of what you need to prioritize in order for your business to develop.
What do you dislike about the product?
This program requires an information technology degree to understand how to make bulk uploads to the database. A defect in SAP Business Technology Platform can cause duplicate records or other difficult-to-resolve difficulties in a variety of ways. What I detest the most is that when you establish boards with a huge number of users, they frequently provide insufficient information and take a long time to load, additionally, I'm not sure why the statistics and information of each team member may differ.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Business Technology Platform is a database program that can be used for project management in the sense that the same notion of producing records and then tracking project completion step by step may be employed. passed, SAP Business Technology Platform helps people organize their connections, particularly those in a company's sales department, SAP Business Technology Platform splits and segments data so that the user can see which contacts have been reached, which have not, which represent a business possibility, and which do not wish to be contacted any more.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a 360° view of accounts and customers while leveraging real-time analytics for better decision making and easy customisation to match corporate demands. It meets all of your business unit's demands with a single omnichannel solution. It features built-in capabilities and a large range of tools accessible in the SAP ecosystem to make your life simpler. Even non-technical people may learn to utilize it without much difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several restrictions and features that have yet to be introduced. You'll notice certain language limits while you work, and many features will be delivered shortly or are in the request queue. The cost is on the higher end of the range, and the resources are also costly. Also, because the team is always working on making updates, it would be beneficial to streamline the business process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP BTP makes advantage of all data gathered and held in silos surrounding non-used apps or databases. SAP BTP collects data and uses reports and dashboards to assist the team in making key choices. SAP BTP facilitates doing business under one roof with various acquisitions and much more. This substantially benefits business stakeholders and developers because they no longer need to search outside of the SAP ecosystem for solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides you with many capabilities allowing you building custom solutions that will enhance your business processes and provide additional services. The set of available components is very diverse and can cover many kinds of tasks. Also, it's good to know that SAP provides security for the data centers where the BTP instances are hosted.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be difficult at first to understand how the platform is organized and what the components/features are priced. You may also have some issues while installing it or configuring components (some still may require SAP support for the initial setup). Many useful components are expensive, and the available free-tier plans allow trying only a limited set of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented a custom solution for document management - tax documents and reports publishing for the 3rd parties. The platform provided us with document management solution (DMS service) that allowed us to extract tax reports from the SAP system and upload into the secured content repository within SAP BTP. Via DMS service app we provided the access to the documents and reports for key users and 3rd party users. In addition, we developed custom Fiori applications so the 3rd party users could create requests for additional info and route them to key users (BTP own database instance, BTP Workflow).

SAP Business Technology Platform designs and optimizes within a very specific emphasis, this is extremely beneficial for businesses with demands that fit within the scope of this technique, the culture is robust, as is the commitment to expand and innovate. We must handle the many items that are available to us. It's simple to get started with, and there are so many improvements that if you're in a continual learning process, you'll find that the majority of the time you spend learning will pay off in terms of performance and usability. This program has more features than others, and one of the major advantages of adopting the SAP platform is its dependable reporting and proactive services.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many individuals approaching us with ideas that may or may not be on the current roadmap or serve a common need, it's difficult to organize inside our firm. One of my issues is with logs; when trying to develop something new, it has been preferable for me to construct something from scratch than to use something already established. The UI is crowded, making navigating difficult. I'm hoping it gets rectified in the next several months; it could be a lot more spectacular than it is now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can link our employees with our customers, allowing us to better identify where we can expand by presenting the appropriate product offers to the right people at the right time. SAP Business Technology Platform handles a substantial portion of the IT difficulties that all businesses experience on a daily basis. The automation of mundane chores and good connection with prospects via social networks, in my opinion, are the most advantageous.

Can not leverage services subscribed across different accounts.

Serverless or cloud functions are deployed using BTP cockpit and how we can control the user authorization at the space and application level.
Quick and easy to set up, serverless service does all the heavy lifting for you.
What do you like best about the product?
SAP BTP is simple to learn and use, efficient in a serverless environment, and low-cost to run. It just charges us for the time we use it. There is no need to be concerned about server scalability. SAP BTP is an IT service that allows you to delegate most operational worries to them while focusing on developing your application as a user.
What do you dislike about the product?
An essential consideration is that your application must be built to be stateless in order to be compatible with SAP BTP. There is less flexibility over the SAP BTP environment; a SAP BTP function, including all files, packages, and dependencies, may only be 256 MB in size. It will be challenging to host a service that requires a high number of dependencies. There is also an issue with a cold start, which means that when SAP's BTP is down for an extended period of time and we request the service, the latency will be considerable.

SAP BTP enables developers to focus on the application rather than the architecture, substantially accelerating development and boosting product delivery rates. SAP BTP is extremely useful in a serverless environment since it enables us to run a service in the cloud without the need for a dedicated hosting server. We don't have to waste time setting up and maintaining the underlying infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable part of SAP BTP is that we can link multiple business segments on one platform and perform analytics and development in one environment. From the financial department's planning analysis to the sales team's goals and results, SAP BTP provides a practical approach to managing multiple data systems. Using SAP Hana cloud as a base for our data warehouses and applications like SAP Analytics cloud allows our business to view, make decisions, and link master data in an organized and consistent place. Taking that data to the next level with SAP AI Launchpad allows the business to manage all ML automation and AI tools in one place and link data with no connection issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Legacy systems not using the most updated SAP platforms have issues connecting with BTP and can require extensive customization to work correctly. SAP BTP also only provides value if the business is integrated with a wide range of SAP products and uses these across the multiple business segments it connects to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP BTP is solving the problem of being able to manage and communicate data across multiple platforms and teams. SAP BTP provides a place for our business to store data, allows virtual teams to manipulate that data, and allows updating master data to keep data consistent across all business segments. SAP BTP also provides opportunities that we would not have explored before, such as using master data in an AI Launchpad or using financial planning in a cloud-managed dashboard. SAP BTP has helped solve problems we were not aware were roadblocks for our employees and has mitigated those issues.
