SAP Business Technology
What do you like best about the product?
I do like that it is not exclusive to one department and multiple departments can collaborate on the same software and speak the same language.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it is not user-friendly. The design could use some work to make it more palatable for those who are not technically inclined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP is solving the problem of consolidating the systems used currently by ITT. Housing accounting and operations in one area.

What do you like best about the product?
In comparison to other technologies/frameworks, SAP Business Technology Platform is fairly simple to understand, it is widely regarded as the finest on the market because to its robustness, scalability, functionality, support, and security. The option to incorporate third-party apps improves its use even further. Providing cloud sales/service/marketing functionalities allows firms to make the most of this platform. Its configurable software is one of its greatest characteristics internally, we can create whatever we want and connect it to other applications via the many connections available.
What do you dislike about the product?
While dealing with connectors with other third-party apps to enable sophisticated customisation, governor restrictions were a difficult play to come by. The creation of certain functionality is limited, and each service is expensive. SAP Business Technology Platform provides a single user experience for all product users since it depends largely on templates and features to complete particular activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because we primarily service millions of data-driven records, successfully managing them in projects was difficult with our outdated platform. We give data to end users without worrying about back-end infrastructure, OS patches, or network strain with SAP Business Technology Platform as a cloud partner. Furthermore, the speed with which projects may be provided to clients is astounding. Along with Conga CPQ capabilities, the SAP Business Technology Platform enables us to develop an effective sales process. We can give our clients with the whole cart menu while keeping your information and communicating as swiftly and securely as possible.
SAP BTP is new technology platform to help solve key business requirements easily and quickly.
What do you like best about the product?
Clean Core, No code/Low code applications, Mutitarget applications, Integration services and intelligent services make SAP BTP a one-stop shop for customers. SAP BTP is future for ERP products.
What do you dislike about the product?
As its new and evolving platform for service offerings, SAP should focus more on educating consultants, partners & customers on this platform with more learning resources and trail accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an SAP consultant, I believe SAP BTP helps customers in their digital transformation journey for an intelligent enterprise where business-focused solutions can be built and deployed faster and easier.

SAP Business Technology Platform is by far the finest in class; they have all bases covered when it comes to client connection, from marketing automation to analytics and application development, SAP Business Technology Platform has provided us with everything we want. The SAP ecosystem is quite adopting; becoming a successful user of SAP Business Technology Platform does not necessitate a lot of technical knowledge. They have a vast community and customer forums that are constantly ready to give you with help and information on the newest happenings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a few little things I dislike. To be honest, I dislike governor constraints at times since they function as a barrier to attaining client goals, prioritizing concepts that are really fundamental needs. But, it is also true that we have made several upgrades and advancements since we began using this platform. It's a terrific weapon to have in our armory. You have made our job so much simpler by centralizing all parts of our business. What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the most well-organized and user-friendly customer and data management systems available. I like using this program since it creates a highly user-friendly database. SAP BTP user interface is extremely customisable, allowing the end user to personalize their experience to their own needs and tastes. The quantity of contacts and information that can be entered into SAP Business Technology Platform is what I enjoy best about it. I particularly enjoy how you can handle contacts, leads, and opportunities individually, giving you a clear view of what you need to prioritize in order for your business to develop.
What do you dislike about the product?
This program requires an information technology degree to understand how to make bulk uploads to the database. A defect in SAP Business Technology Platform can cause duplicate records or other difficult-to-resolve difficulties in a variety of ways. What I detest the most is that when you establish boards with a huge number of users, they frequently provide insufficient information and take a long time to load, additionally, I'm not sure why the statistics and information of each team member may differ.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a 360° view of accounts and customers while leveraging real-time analytics for better decision making and easy customisation to match corporate demands. It meets all of your business unit's demands with a single omnichannel solution. It features built-in capabilities and a large range of tools accessible in the SAP ecosystem to make your life simpler. Even non-technical people may learn to utilize it without much difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several restrictions and features that have yet to be introduced. You'll notice certain language limits while you work, and many features will be delivered shortly or are in the request queue. The cost is on the higher end of the range, and the resources are also costly. Also, because the team is always working on making updates, it would be beneficial to streamline the business process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP BTP makes advantage of all data gathered and held in silos surrounding non-used apps or databases. SAP BTP collects data and uses reports and dashboards to assist the team in making key choices. SAP BTP facilitates doing business under one roof with various acquisitions and much more. This substantially benefits business stakeholders and developers because they no longer need to search outside of the SAP ecosystem for solutions.
Deploy custom solutions on the protected platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides you with many capabilities allowing you building custom solutions that will enhance your business processes and provide additional services. The set of available components is very diverse and can cover many kinds of tasks. Also, it's good to know that SAP provides security for the data centers where the BTP instances are hosted.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be difficult at first to understand how the platform is organized and what the components/features are priced. You may also have some issues while installing it or configuring components (some still may require SAP support for the initial setup). Many useful components are expensive, and the available free-tier plans allow trying only a limited set of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented a custom solution for document management - tax documents and reports publishing for the 3rd parties. The platform provided us with document management solution (DMS service) that allowed us to extract tax reports from the SAP system and upload into the secured content repository within SAP BTP. Via DMS service app we provided the access to the documents and reports for key users and 3rd party users. In addition, we developed custom Fiori applications so the 3rd party users could create requests for additional info and route them to key users (BTP own database instance, BTP Workflow).

What do you like best about the product?
SAP Business Technology Platform designs and optimizes within a very specific emphasis, this is extremely beneficial for businesses with demands that fit within the scope of this technique, the culture is robust, as is the commitment to expand and innovate. We must handle the many items that are available to us. It's simple to get started with, and there are so many improvements that if you're in a continual learning process, you'll find that the majority of the time you spend learning will pay off in terms of performance and usability. This program has more features than others, and one of the major advantages of adopting the SAP platform is its dependable reporting and proactive services.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many individuals approaching us with ideas that may or may not be on the current roadmap or serve a common need, it's difficult to organize inside our firm. One of my issues is with logs; when trying to develop something new, it has been preferable for me to construct something from scratch than to use something already established. The UI is crowded, making navigating difficult. I'm hoping it gets rectified in the next several months; it could be a lot more spectacular than it is now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can link our employees with our customers, allowing us to better identify where we can expand by presenting the appropriate product offers to the right people at the right time. SAP Business Technology Platform handles a substantial portion of the IT difficulties that all businesses experience on a daily basis. The automation of mundane chores and good connection with prospects via social networks, in my opinion, are the most advantageous.
