SAP Leonardo IoT service is user centric and can be easily integrated with the other platforms
What do you like best about the product?
SAP Leonardo IoT services are very user-friendly and easy to integrate with other platforms. Data monitoring makes it better while troubleshooting for issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the competitive worlds where other service providers also have similer solutions for IoT area but SAP Leonardo's user experience makes it different from those other service providers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time temperature monitoring in Supplychain solution is embedded via SAP Leonardo IoT services. It gives very accurate and timely results when the temperature fluctuates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
best in the industry in the IoT area. Easy to use and configure. Easy to integrate with any of the platforms, I've used in Ui5 app and Nodejs app to deploy in the google firebase platform as a service. So it is quite easy to consume from any of the platforms

Integration with other data center like Microsoft azzure is a minus point. There's an opportunity for support of SAP Leonardo IOT in knowledge aspects.

Best in forecasting and prediction of system due to machine learning ability. It can be involved in the integration of data collecting sensors. Business performance has definitely seen a growth.
