What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesforce Financial Services Cloud has seamlessly integrated with other Salesforce products like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, which makes managing all aspects of client accounts from onboarding to ongoing service effortlessly within one system. The unified view of client data it offers is instrumental in helping my team make well-informed and prompt decisions without switching tools, ultimately enhancing client satisfaction through personalized and efficient responses. The client and household data model, relationship mapping, and built-in automation tools are standout features that streamline workflows and client management. I also appreciate how the platform's ability to consolidate data from various touchpoints provides a comprehensive 360-degree view of our clients, solving the issue of scattered information. The smooth connectivity with other Salesforce products amplifies its utility, making Salesforce Financial Services Cloud particularly well-suited for financial teams like ours.

I found the initial setup process challenging due to the complexity of customizing industry-specific objects and data relationships to fit our exact business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the platform to manage client data and relationships in one place, providing a 360-degree client view, saving time, reducing errors, and improving client satisfaction. It integrates smoothly with other Salesforce tools, enhancing workflow and decision-making.
Powerful Data Modeling & Integration, But Customization Can Be Complex
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud offers strong data modeling for client relationships, householding, and financial accounts. I especially like how it supports personalized engagement and integrates well with other Salesforce tools, making it scalable and adaptable for enterprise architecture in financial services
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization can be complex and often requires developer support, which slows down implementation. Some financial workflows feel generic and need heavy tailoring to fit specific business models. Also, licensing and add-on costs can escalate quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool centralizes client data, streamlines financial workflows, and enhances relationship management across teams. As an IT Solutions Architect, I find that it makes integrating with other systems much easier and supports a scalable architecture for financial institutions. It also helps reduce manual processes and increases data visibility.
Seamless Salesforce Integration, But Setup Can Be Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
It's great if you also use any other SaleForce platform — ie. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud. They are all integrated into on another so you can take care of your business needs under one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Set up is a little overwhelming due to the massive potential the program offers. It's best to take your time with set up. Cost is a bit high which makes it not so ideal for smaller businesses with smaller budgetary contraints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saleforce financial services cloud is just one more component to managing business needs in a one stop shop environment. It allows our business to keep our business needs streamlined and efficient by not having to use multiple programs to meet our operating needs.
Unmatched Cloud Expertise and Value—Agent Force Makes It a Must-Have
What do you like best about the product?
Better than any public cloud out there with domain expertise and cost effective. The addition agent force will automatically make it a go to solution for fintech
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about sales force is the cosr, and not able to scale easily across multiple geographical areas due to compliance rules and regulations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to migrate the existing infrastructure to cloud and save a lot of money not maintaining the legacy systems. We are also using other Salesforce services which makes the total cost come down significantly

I like how Financial Services Cloud connects everything clients, households, and financial accounts so it’s easier to track relationships and opportunities without jumping between systems.

It’s great overall, but it can be tricky to customize or report on certain objects. Some of the standard relationships and record types feel restrictive unless you have strong admin or developer support.

FSC is helping standardize processes across departments by connecting customer data, activities, and financial products in one platform. That visibility helps identify opportunities faster and improves compliance tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
The range of features that FSC offers is a compelling reason to consider using it. These include Omnistudio, the Business Rules Engine, and automation tools. Additionally, it comes with a financial services data model available out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost increases when using additional features such as DLP. It can also be challenging to find implementation resources internally, so we were encouraged to collaborate with SF partners.

Delivering FS features quickly in the financial services industry is essential. This tool makes it easy to create UI functionality, develop UI scripts, and automate processes. As a result, we are able to provide customers with the experience they expect and deserve, especially in today's era of agentic and omnichannel applications.
