What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can link it with any cloud calling software and instantly get in touch with customer . We can keep track and records. Provide resolution and services through tickets that we can generate from Salesforce

Sometimes the servers are down other than that it's an excellent product and a lot of companies uses this to provide better customer satisfaction and achieve its goals

We're solving financial problems of customers by giving them loans and financial aids. I realised the benefits of sales force is that we can link itbwith cloud calling software

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very simple and makes finding things super easy and user-friendly. I especially like how you can't really mess anything up. Much better some of the other products I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything to dislike aside from the fact that the app runs slow if there are too many tabs open and in my line of work, it's necessary to look at more than one screen of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client management and data, but also reports are so easy to create!!!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find customers by name, phone number, company name or even using the notes, all this makes a phone call flow be easier for all employees, and eficient in long working hours
What do you dislike about the product?
I use to like more how fast was using SalesForde classic, to surf between pages is faster, just that, all new system (lightning) works perfect in my opinion and for the last 2 years i have been iusing it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It manages all the clients we habe to call on a sales day to porspect, also links with Back Office so that any change in the sales status updates ASAP to sales force avoiding two different departments have contact with the same person
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stop looking for an other option SalesForce handles all info the best way possible, beleive me, i have used many other CRMs no one as friendly to use like this, also easy to track updates with other systems and departments

Customized reports. And a perfect organization of our company data.

Maybe the only thing is that sometimes it's not too friendly for some users.

Great cloud based CRM on the market. Wide range of uses which include record management. I recommend this to all.

The price is definitely more expensive. But you get what you pay for so I do understand why it's priced higher than other alternatives.

The problems I am solving with sales force is saving time on tracking prospects and opportunities. Expediting billing and invoicing also saves me time which is awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is a sleek and easy to get familiar with service. It has helped in making things more streamlined in our process and has made my life easier from day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that i dislike in the use of Saleforce Financial services Cloud. The only complaint may be when I use my personal computer and it is not as fast as I would like, but that is a computer problem not a program problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped in visualizing our Opportunities with clients and simplified the process of recognizing ways to grow. It has certainly sped up our processes with an easy to use drop and drag system.

The user interface could be a little easier to navigate and have a sleeker look.
