Salesforce Fin Serv Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is a sleek and easy to get familiar with service. It has helped in making things more streamlined in our process and has made my life easier from day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that i dislike in the use of Saleforce Financial services Cloud. The only complaint may be when I use my personal computer and it is not as fast as I would like, but that is a computer problem not a program problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped in visualizing our Opportunities with clients and simplified the process of recognizing ways to grow. It has certainly sped up our processes with an easy to use drop and drag system.

The Salesforce Financial Services Cloud allows me to keep my clients and pipeline organized, clear, and actionable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be a little easier to navigate and have a sleeker look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to bill and track my customers through the invoicing process.

Effective and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and effective salesforce makes their interface/dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as of right now that I dislike about salesforce.

Salesforce helps me use my time more effectively when handling my leads and making all the contacts I need to make.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep your employees happy because support is always the best when an issue arises with Salesforce.

user interface and collaraborative workflow internally allows for easy use when remote

cumbersome feature sets that aren't utilized
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
quarterly and annual reviews; accruals and budgeting forecasts
Recommendations to others considering the product:
make sure you have a level of adoption and utilization that is going to be given by the team before throwing it into implementation. Also, AP needs to be tested proactively with integrated payment files first.
Very good software to track everything on my customers accounts

data analysis really easy to pull into reports
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far that I have disliked except for lightning I much prefer classic view

I'm not sure as everything is handled through our IT department
Integration is perfect, reporting is lacking.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Salesforce was seamless and incredibly easy for even a junior level admin to complete-it was very convenient having everything in one database for finance and sales information and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and customization was lacking- it was difficult to combine some objects to get the right insight the finance team wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving sales reps insight into financial payments and invoices for their clients was beneficial- the usability was good as everyone was already familiar with salesforce and how it works.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user interface is very easy to understand and user friendly as well

Omni channel functionality is little fussy

What do you like best about the product?
The leader in technology for customer management. Training is outstanding, and I'm learning new things every day about this system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could sync to all my emailed leads and be a little easier to navigate when looking for customer policies.

Being able to keep track of prospect transitiong.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
TAKE THE TRAINING! You cannot learn everything on your own when using this system.

cloud base services gives access at the faster speed to data of customers and many more details

Dislike in the sense we cannot say thay but still some tabs need to improve.

one click quick access of customer data , history of reqeusts raised by customer ... meeting mapping n also data interaction.
