Dropsuite Email Backup and Archiving.. Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
Great services I am using Dropsuite Email Backup and Archiving for more than one year.
The service is easy to use and its implementation is so easy.
The service is cost efficient. Its integrated with alot of features like Office 365, IMAP, Google Business and more. Customer support is good and answers your questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
They canceled the NFR plans for resellers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve the issue of email lost with their backup services and the best feature that they help us with their email migration service.

Simple Straight-Forward Compliance Archiving
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple! We've standardized on DropSuite for our compliance archiving customers. It's easy to setup and even easier to manage it once it is deployed. We've looked at others and we've not found one that is as simple as Dropsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, we've not really found anything that put us off or would raise a fuss over. Maybe a freshened up UI and effort to minimize clicks to finish. But who doesn't want that for most of our vendors sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not many SaaS email backup products provide archival. It's obviously a really important feature and almost feel like they don't think archival is a requirement. Dropsuite Email Archiving really ticks all the boxes.
Best cloud backup solution on the market
What do you like best about the product?
The solution is extremely is to implement, day to day use is so straightforward and the search results are instant. When you need support it is instant and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
To preview the file or email uou have to download it, an online preview would be perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software provides a somple independant backup of Office 365 and Google Workspace
Dropsuite is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
It makes me smile which is rare for IT these days, when you need to recover lost emails you can do it whilst talking on the phone with the client and they usually say wait I can see them, you can then feel a little smug for just a moment and say "thats great news". Integration is simple and fast it does most of the hard work once you have it connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
it doesnt yet backup secondary calendars, but then i dont think the competition does either and its midly annoying having to refresh the journal accounts now and. then when they disconnect but thats really a microsoft issue.

knowning that clients 365 accounts are backed up multiple times a day takes means we can focus on other areas
best-in-class 365 backup for MSPs
What do you like best about the product?
We researched a number of products in the space (MSP-friendly backup for MS365) before selecting Dropsuite. It checked every box on our evaluation matrix which wasn't true of any of the other solutions we evaluated.
It is easy to implement, and well-documented.
Key decision factor was how it eased auditing processes and billing conversations with clients, via including non-licensed accounts at no fee (up to a fairly generous quota per client) and allowing us to enable auto-backup of newly provisioned accounts. Shortly after we signed up, Pax8 added Dropsuite to their linecard, so we can now sync directly to agreements as well.
It is easy to implement, and well-documented.

Per-seat pricing is the most expensive of any of the products we evaluated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is straightforward to implement and well-documented. In addition to previous features mentioned, it is the only solution we evaluated that can backup archive maliboxes.
DropSuite keeps your M365 safe and sound
What do you like best about the product?
Microsoft guarantees the uptime of the M365 servers but they do not guarantee data retention. It's important for every tenant to be backed up externally. DropSuite is easy to setup and automatically backs up everything in the M365 environment. It's easy to restore items as well. You can even restore items as they were at a point in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that there doesn't seem to be a good way to view all Planner plans in the tenant, or restore Planner plans. They're backed up alright, but as individual tasks and I have not yet found a way to restore the Plan as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft guarantees the uptime of the M365 system, but they don't guarantee data retention, so it's important to have an external backup on it. DropSuite is easy to implement on a tenant, it automatically backs up everything in the environment, and new users can be added very easily. Restoring files is simple too. One nice thing is being able to restore a file at a point in time. One customer called me one day and said they've been doing things wrong in this document for two weeks and they wanted the document as it was two weeks ago. No problem!
Great solution for a growing problem for many companies
What do you like best about the product?
It is always running and gives peace of mind that if there is an issue there is a backup available to recover from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the interface is a little cryptic to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows me to have confidence that our cloud email and files are safely backed up in case of failure. We have used this multiple times to recover from both technical failures and user error.
Sleep Well at Night.
What do you like best about the product?
Our businesses run on email and losing access to our legacy communications is a threat business continuity. Anything can fail in this world including vendors that we rely on like our email providers. I trust both Google and Microsoft with with my data and that of my customers. However, it's my job to have customers protected from large scale vendor failure, malicious employess and end user mistakes.
It takes just a few minutes to set up and then you know you are protected. Once it's set up it just keeps running in the background all of the time.
Once dropsuite is in place you can relax and sleep well every night.

The process and support are both very good. It's hard to think of something that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing a safety net for my customers data in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Set it and forget it. We appreciate the ease of use, ease of implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropsuite has proved a usefull tool to archive old accounts from Google into DropSuite for long term storage. Once you get through the hassle of learning how to use it. Dropsuite does as advertised and saves us costs in the long run.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The difference between the Partner Portal and the Customer Account is confusing when you buy directly from DropSuite. You need to have someone at DropSuite explain it to you, because it is NOT intuitive which each log in does.
2. DropSuite documentation is dated, lacking and offers minimal value.
3. Support is a bit spotty and not always helpful.
4. Not sure if this is a google issue or a dropsuite issue, if an account in google is suspended, you must reactive that account then move it into dropsuite, then suspend the account again in google.
5. Transfer rates can be slow.
