Overall good experience, left initially for price, won't look back.
What do you like best about the product?
Last Pass is very user-friendly, intuitive to use, and works on all platforms (web, extension, app, mobile, etc.). We used this daily for our business, and found it to be a very useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is the largest barrier for LastPass for our org. Shared content, access, and additional items like secure notes, admin controls, etc came at a premium and made the platform cost prohibitive for the level of service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We intended to use it for Password Management and shared access

Easy of use, Simple user interface , I used it for about 4 years.

a little bit expensive but I can take it all.

with LassPass, I would never to remeber my pass words about many different app platforms. I just need to protect my LassPass Security info.
No service, no response, no phone, no support, no chat, no program

If it doesn't work, there's nothing good about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant log in after reinstalling windows. It is supposed to send me a recovery email but it never does. There are several other options, all require logging in, which it wont let me do. Dead end after dead end after dead end. I'm supposed to have codes and passwords THAT THEY NEVER GAVE ME. I paid for this program but am not able to use it, that is called FRAUD, when you pay for something and do not receive it. That includes "support". I see many other people in the same situations, asking questions about being locked out, with no response from LP, so its not like I can look up the answer. Again, there is no form to fill out for support, no chat available, no email, no phone NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING!!! Oh, if you want a corporate account, you can leave a message, but that's it. They are accepting new customers while screwing over their existing customers. Who are these incapable, inefficient, inexperienced, immature, uneducated and misdirected software engineers that come up with this GARBAGE.

Its creating problems, not solving them.
Last Pass makes it easy to integrate the password manager and the auto form fill into the browser.
What do you like best about the product?
The browser integration and the new passkey feature.

Sometimes, it can be a challenge to log in.

I do not have to remember all my passwords and, while recently looking for a job, I was able to create a profile for auto filling resume information on applications.

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass keeps all my passwords safe in one place and works across my devices. The interface is clean and simple, so saving and retrieving passwords takes seconds. Autofill works well in browsers and mobile apps, which speeds up logins. My frequency of use is high since I use it daily for both personal and work accounts. It integrates smoothly with browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, which keeps my workflow fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup was slightly time-consuming, especially setting up multi-factor authentication. Customer support is helpful but can be slow to respond. Sometimes the autofill feature does not trigger on certain apps, requiring manual copy-paste. The number of features is good, but the settings menu can feel cluttered for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to store and organize all my login credentials securely. I also use it to generate strong random passwords and share login access with teammates without revealing the actual password.

What do you like best about the product?
LasatPass is easy to use and keeps my passwords organized, something I never could manage before. I use it every day and every day I'm grateful for it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access your passwords from anywhere once you complete the verfication process. The simple interface allowing you to edit and change passwords when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asking if you would like to save site information after you said no. I wish there was an option to turn this feature on and off at will.

Allows for password security by eliminating the need to write passwords down or keep them on a spreadsheet.
Easy, reliable and secure
What do you like best about the product?
Last pass is so easy to use I have my elderly parents using it successfully. I like that for most Android Apps and desktop websites, Lastpass can auto-fill with ease. I've been with this product for years now and had no issues or breaches that affected me in any way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have a dislike. There are a very small handful of apps that don't auto-fill, like gambling apps. I think the app security is just to tight. Not LastPass's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have extremely random and complicated passwords that differ through all my many logins, and I only need to remember the one complex LastPass password.
Clugey interface, poor support
What do you like best about the product?
Basic business credentials management to share secrets with our team and partners make it sufficient for small businesses at a reasonable price compared to full PAM solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface and non-intuitive and seems to have evolved without a lot of design thought. Other SMB products have surpassed LastPass capabilities with better design. Customer service and billing management is poor - our service cancellation was lost and we were unable to resolve the issue with customer service.

Sharing secrets with team members and business partners.
Every day password security across platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Able to use it with Apple, Android,all Windows and hopefully Linux too (not yet tried the latter. Works, looks and is easy to use on each device type.
What do you dislike about the product?
The protection provided by two factor authentication or the use of their authenticator program sometimes does interfere with speed of access when the program does or does not automatically engage on a site.

Keeping all private access to programs, accounts,banking secure and up to date with records of passwords, credit cards, purchases and sales online and off including banking access.
