Poor User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Solid enterprise administrative features, cloud-native, SSO support, MFA support, local-only decryption of user Vaults, and the ability to pair personal and Enterprise accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The experience for end users is poor at best. The browser extension is very fragile, and frequently breaks so that users cannot log in without closing all tabs and windows, and fully resetting their browsers. Running as a local browser extension that imitates a webpage, many of the behaviors are unintuitive (such as a page-refresh not refreshing the data). The extension also does a poor job of indicating when items have been synced to the cloud, which can result in data loss in some circumstances.
Onboarding a new global administrator is also a difficult and fragile process. Due to how LastPass secures user Vaults, a new administrator with the "Reset Master Password" permission may not be able to reset the password on users who infrequently use LastPass (which are the users most likely to require a reset).
Additional features for MFA and SSO exist, but since the user experience is so bad, we have been deeply reluctant to integrate LastPass into our infrastructure.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basic functionality exists. Users can generate complex passwords, save their passwords, and participate in security audits to improve their password strength.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While I don't have direct experience with Enterprise-level administration in other password managers, I would strongly encourage choosing a different product over LastPass. The poor user experience will drive end users to avoid it when possible, making adoption and integration into your business much harder than it needs to be. I have used personal copies of 1Password, KeePass, and a few other solutions, which are far more intuitive for the end user.
Easy and flexible password management for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
I like the password team sharing capabilities and the option to use private and work password in one application. Also the cross-platform availability of LastPass is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a bit overwhelming at first and when LastPass is deployed via your sysadmin, a good step-by-step on-boarding program might be useful. Especially when 2FA is introduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone was administering and archiving their passwords as they saw fit. We had situations were company passwords were saved in spreadsheets and sharing happend via mail, slack or Teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please be sure to properly on-board your users. Especially when using two-factor (2FA) authentication. It can be frustrating for an end-user when you are unaware how to properly get started with 2FA.
Share Passwords Securely
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization has many departments that create accounts for other departments. Lastpass allows us to securely pass credential around.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are very satisfied with LastPass, I wouldn't change anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better credential management and security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is worth your time to review this product.
Good Overall Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Remembering passwords is a full-time job these days. Every website requires such and they all have slightly different requirements so it is hard to keep up w/ them along with having to update them routinely. This helps streamline this process.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I have to do a second validation after entering the password for a website it wants to always update to the validation being entered. It would be nice to have it retain that information too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easier to keep up with logins and passwords personally
LastPass is now advantageous for managing passwords.
What do you like best about the product?
Some of the features you like most about Lastpass are the simple and straightforward management of the graphical user interface, which includes a section of the different types of files associated with the various websites and profiles you own as a customer. The software is fully implemented under various conditions, as it has a smartphone, laptop, and web browser model. There are plugins that work very well for Chrome and Firefox without accessing the website and entering the login credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Repeated disruptions were included in the mobile version of Windows, which can pose a risk to your data security. If you enter an incorrect master password, you can open the database, but the information will be displayed in random characters; this should not happen, as you should not have access if the code is incorrect. This is an issue that was always present with the various changes you submitted and was not patched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To process tons of passwords and information, I have used LastPass for my own use without having to pack any of the keys for my profile. The technology is capable of storing my notes and passwords on a centrally controlled platform, allowing me to quickly connect directly with my accounts without having to re-enter keys. LastPass has helped me edit my notes, which I want to protect at all times, while being available on any smartphone I use, without having to store them in plain text on my phone or in the office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
LastPass is a truly comprehensive program for storing data that is protected from prying eyes and kept confidential. I have had a very positive experience with this tool, as using the paid version alone is more than enough to meet my basic qualifications and the profiles I use every day.
Excellent solution to cover all your identities
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use and easily combines with both the web browser and mobile apps. The option to connect personal accounts to a work email and also have LastPass automatically decide which one is a real time waster with hold credentials in.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may take a little while to synchronize updates to other users in datastores, occasionally having to actively clear the buffer or logout / login to have the modified secrets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage a wide collection of personal and business keys. Sharing worker credentials and controlling links to certain pages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Perfect for a company that is in need of IT network planning.

The best way to store and manage your password securely
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things you like about Lastpass is the easy and intuitive handling of its graphical interface, with a section for different types of files that adapt to the different sites and accounts you have as a user and that you want to store any type of information securely. Additionally, it has plugins for Chrome and Firefox that work very well without having to enter the page and input your credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
In its desktop version for Windows, there are recurring errors that may pose some risk to the integrity of your data. When an incorrect master password is entered, the application is accessed but the data appears with random characters, something that should not happen, as if the password is incorrect, there should be no access to the application in any way. This is an error that always appears and has not been corrected in the various updates they have pushed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Lastpass for my personal use, to store passwords and notes securely without having to memorize each of the account credentials I manage. The software has the ability to store my notes and passwords on a centralized platform, allowing me to access my accounts quickly and without having to re-enter the keys over and over again. Lastpass has helped me manage my notes that I need to keep protected at all times, and at the same time they are accessible on any device I use, without needing to have them stored in plain text on my phone or office since this clearly poses a risk of my information being stolen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lastpass is a very comprehensive software for storing any information you want to keep private and out of the reach of prying eyes. My experience with this tool has been very satisfying, as the mere use of the free version is more than enough for my basic needs of storing credentials and notes related to the accounts I use in my daily life. So if you are a regular user and need an application that ensures the protection of your information in one place, then this is a great option for you. It is said that the paid version offers even more functionalities that are worth using if you need them.
