Reliable password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage. Also it's a plus that I can connect my personal LastPass account to my LastPass Team account. Using LastPass is easy when adding the extension to your preferred browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing the master password (after the set period) can be a hassle and a bit stressful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass improves data security for our organisation, and staff always have all login information at hand.

The set up and education process for use of the platform is quite a detailed and lengthy process.

Its simplicity and the ability to have 2fa codes now in it as well

sometimes SSO has slight issues sending welcome email

NOTHING THAT IS WHY ITS GREAT - I PASSWORD BACK UP RECOVERY OPTION WOULD BE GOOD, BUT I UNDERSTAND WHY YOU DONT HAVE THAT FEATURE

LastPass Overall is a Good Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I use LastPass every day for both personal and business use. I like how easy the user interface is to use. The integration with browsers works really well, filling in passwords, managing multiple logins for a single website, and offering to add new passwords or update existing ones when a new login/password is created. Sharing passwords with my colleagues is a really nice feature and allows us to better manage our IT assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have both a personal account and a business account. Switching between the 2 is a pain. Recently, I have had lots of issues with the plugin for Edge. I have switched to other browsers to avoid it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing security for my company and allowing us to safely manage shared assets.
Life is Easier with LastPass
What do you like best about the product?
It is so much easier to create secure passwords and have them stored securely. I use it daily and sleep a lot better knowing access to my various accounts is safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is cumbersome logging into my master account, but it is worth it to have all my data safely stored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to keep a Word document with all my passwords, which was very unsafe, especially when my system got hacked. Now I have unique passwords for each account.

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass makes it secure, easy and convenient to store passwords and other sensitive data. It also helps to improve user security by making it simple to use unique, complex, hard-to-guess passwords across multiple websites and software decreasing the chance that users will use the same password across sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, LastPass will offer to remember/fill passwords at an incorrect location on a given site making it necessary to remove the username/password before proceeding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass is being used to solve the problem of users using the same password on various website/software.
Last Pass is a life saver for people who forget their passwords
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can log in to LastPass in order to log into all of my accounts. I don't have to remember multiple passwords anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where I need to go in and update passwords manually because I missed the update screen on my Google plug-in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many companies who require password changes on a regular basis. LastPass makes it easy because I don't even have to come up with a new password. LastPass does it for me, and I don't even need to know what the new password is.
