Password managers like LastPass are essential for serious users wanting to protect their data.
What do you like best about the product?
For the most part, LastPass is easy to use across devices and saves a tremendous amount of time storing, retrieving, organizing, and managing passwords. Being able to keep other sensitive information in the vault such as Credit Cards, scanned documents, form fills, etc. is also of great value. There is also nice integration between personal and work allowing for both while allowing them to remain separate.
What do you dislike about the product?
A recent attempt to reduce my number of licenses on my corporate account was manipulative, difficult, and slow. There was no automated way to do it (although there was an easy way to add licenses [surprise!]) and support took several days to get back to me. While the issue was finally resolved, it was far more difficult than it should have been and I'm sure many people simply give up and pay for the licenses they are not using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass provides an easy way to create more complex and diverse passwords to keep my information safe from hackers.

I had a little trouble getting a second device set up with all my originals. Might have just been me!

It is very convenient way be able to use long passwords and not have to remember them
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the launch button stop working and I have to copy the link and come back and copy the password. This probably happens 1 out of 8 times I use it.

I have not contacted them to be able to answer this question.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how user-friendly and convenient LastPass is! It makes it so much easier to manage and secure all my passwords in one place, without having to remember every login. Plus, the browser extension and mobile app work seamlessly, so I always have access to my information wherever I need it.
I also like how LastPass helps with generating strong passwords, giving me peace of mind that my accounts are safe.
Overall, it’s a tool that makes digital life more secure and efficient!

What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate the overall functionality of LastPass, I sometimes find that the interface can be a little clunky/tricky to navigate and not as intuitive as I’d like. There have been occasional instances where the browser extension didn’t sync properly or required a refresh to work smoothly.
Additionally, some of the advanced features are only available with the premium plan, which can feel limiting for free users. However, the premium version is well worth the money.
Overall, it’s a solid tool with a few minor improvements that could make it even better!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass solves the challenge of managing and remembering multiple passwords by securely storing and autofilling login details across devices, saving time and effort. It also generates strong, unique passwords, which provides peace of mind that our accounts are better protected.
At work, we use LastPass to give each user their own secure access. We can easily turn on or off access as needed, which helps keep our systems secure and well-managed.

It stored passwords and was functional for myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dishonesty from the LastPass team was from an employee who no longer works there.

What do you like best about the product?
Sharing passwords are easy, but i really like that it works on iphone, pc and mac seamless and automatic. Its secure without being difficult to use. We also use it at work.

The lastpass chrome browser extension signs me out too often.

Lastpass allows me to use strong passwords without the burden of remembering passwords or writing them down. It allows me to quickly sign in to my websites.

I dislike IT security and LastPass is IT security. Secure IT systems mean cumbersome IT systems. This rubs off on them I reckon. Other more specific annoyances is that it sometimes gets intermingled with Google autofill for pw and stuff so that I have to sort it out. It also puts a little icon in a pw window that can interfere with other icons there, such as "view pw".

LastPass solves an issue in which a few of us in the office need to access the same account to log into. The LastPass share account feature in which we can access with MFA is a great solution for this purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
It securely stores my passwords for the sites I visit. I love that it can autofill the username and password when I visit a site. Additionally, I like that it generates strong passwords for me. It can also store passkeys and other sensitive information, such as credit card and social security numbers. The app is very ease to use.

There is nothing I don't like about LastPass.

It securely stores all of the passwords for the various websites I used for my job.
