Makes Pasword Management a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of things I like about LastPass including:
Quickfill of passwords at saved login pages
Automatic learning of new passwords as you log in for the first time
Secure auto-fill of credit card info when making purchases
Options to have it create secure passwords to your specifications (number of characters, types of characters, etc.)
Checks for re-used passwords and gives you options to update them
One Master Password to remember to grant you access to your vault
LastPass has allowed me to stop thumbing through pages of passwords I kept in a file folder whenever I needed to log in somewhere. After all, it's very risky always to have the same password that's easy to remember for every site you use. That was always a huge frustration but now I have different passwords for everything, I don't have to remember them, they are secure, and I can use them easily. Life is easier with LastPass.

What do you dislike about the product?
On rare occasions, the auto-fill is slow but I think that is more a problem with the browser and/or internet being sluggish at that moment.
On the mobile app, I need to enter my Master Password more often than I would like. I use facial recognition but still have to use the MP about every 4-5 days. I think it is supposed to be every month so I don't know what is wrong. But I appreciate the role the MP plays so I don't complain much.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using LastPass lets me get rid of the folder full of pages of passwords. It is a lot more convenient and eliminates the frustration of finding and using passwords.
Second to none security
What do you like best about the product?
Super app/program with peace of mind on the security of my data. These guys are very proactive when it comes to security and I have never had an issue with the app. It's easy to store, share and create new secure passwords in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't prefill the data in websites, but I think that's more to do with the website not these guys. Plus the app seems to always be locked when you need it so it's a bit lengthy when your in a rush to open the app to find a password.

What do you like best about the product?
First is security, then ease of use. I consider pricing, it is a necessity to have and I have compared to other top products, such as Norton. LastPass is very competitively priced. Performance is what I look for and LastPass is most often there for me. I started with LastPass in the 1990's and it has gotten better. I depend on LastPass daily, multiple times a day. I consider my account safe from predators.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it does not always integrate well with Mozilla FireFox. There are occasions when LastPass does not fill my credentials. Most recently I had to re save a long standing password, creating a double.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no problems so it provides peace of mind. As long as I drive it correctly it provides me with seamless, safe logins. I do not need to worry about my data and the functioning of the application.
Easy, safe and integrated with all my devices (pc, mobile or tablet)
What do you like best about the product?
Aa a Business user I like that all employees also get access to use Last Pass Family with all my family members. I use it multiple times a day - for all kinds of websites and apps. Its easy and convenient. The sharing og password items is an essential feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browser plugins are nice, but should have more features in the quick-add popup. Duplicates might be added.
Also some login screens on PC apps, like microsoft login popups, does not support lastpass.

- Safe and instant sharing of passwords with colleagues
- No hazzle to use generated password as I dont need to type it

LastPass is a life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to remember passwords. AND that the passwords are so much more secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are times when I update my password and LastPass doesn't capture the change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our passwords secure, for all 14 employees. And being able to share passwords across the enterprise.
That way I don't forget the passwords....

In the end, the manager makes it easier for me to remember the passwords and keep them organized in one place.

Admin console is clunky and that makes it difficult to manage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a systems administrator and deal with dozens of passwords. This tool assists with managing those passwords.
Easy to use and so convenient.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to have sites automatically login when launched. The built in security check is also a great feature that helps keep me secure. On the rare occasions that I've had a problem/question, their customer support has been timely and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found a downside to using it. I wish it tracked the last time a login was used; that would be a nice-to-have feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me maintain strong, unique passwords for multiple sites. If I get lazy and re-use a password, the security check will identify that.
Fantastic security and so simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
From a user perspective one of the best advantages of using LastPass, is that it generates password suggestions for you that are so much more secure than what a person would make up. This is because as humans we need to remember the password but once LastPass manages them, you only need to remember one master password phrase and it automatically creates, fills and updates all your passwords automatically. Super secure and super easy!

I can't fault LastPass as a user and I've been using it for years.

It's improving my security level, simplifying password management and saving me time and frustration around trying to remember so many passwords
