I love love love that I don't have to remember passwords!

A secure place to generate and save passwords. I don't have to think of a new password and put it in a spreadsheet. LastPass does it all for me.
Essential Tool with Device Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can use LastPass across devices, and I especially love that it auto-fills passwords when I'm on my desktop. The initial setup was easy which was great for us, even though we only had four users. I have recommended it to others because it's incredibly helpful for organizing both personal and business passwords. It handles the complexity of managing dozens of carriers' log-ins effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I try to login to a website from LastPass on my phone, I find there's limited usability so I usually have to create my own tab to login.

I use LastPass to organize both personal and business passwords efficiently, especially since my work involves managing numerous carriers with unique log-in rules.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's really easy to adjust folders and reorganize things as needed. I also like that in each folder, you can choose if a person is able to see the password or not. Even if there's multiple people in one folder, only some can see the password, which is really nice. Also, just having the extension is really nice to just have things ready to go for people. The initial setup was pretty easy; I just put everything into a spreadsheet, mass uploaded it, and added users. It's pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think the interface could be improved and just maybe made look more modern. So it's easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass helps me avoid insecure password sharing and prevents people from saving passwords locally. It ensures only those who need access get it, making my company's data much safer.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature for remote teams is the password-sharing functionality. Within each shared folder, access to individual URLs can be restricted for specific users, which is also very convenient. The platform is easy to set up and manage, and updates can be distributed effortlessly through the ‘Update My Vault’ function, allowing each user to sync independently if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It happened that a team member with limited privileges needed approval to access the platform from the same PC on the same LAN, for safety reasons, and it was stressful especially when the colleague who had to approve it wasn’t working at that time. However: safety first!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password sharing among offices located in different areas is straightforward, and user profiling helps match password access to each person’s level. Passwords stay protected because they are not known to the employers. It’s also easy to block access to LastPass from a single place in case an employee is dismissed under bad circumstances.

I like being able to store our clients’ payment information, instead of having to ask for it every time.

It’s scary to think it could be hacked, especially since some customers feel insecure about this.

It’s easy to process invoices for services provided without needing to contact customers directly in order to take payment.

What do you like best about the product?
The cross-platform integration and encryption help me stay productive and secure on any platform. The ability to store MFA information for authentication is a real time-saver. Being able to populate apps on my Android devices also saves me time. The speed of the login process helps me get on to the task at hand.

Occasionally I need to login to the add-in or website multiple times to getit functioning properly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like most how easy it is to share my passwords with those that I trust, and that I hardly ever get locked out of websites anymore. Setting up LastPass was extremely easy for us, and we've been very happy with it as our first password keeper.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes LastPass doesn't activate on sites that I think it should be activating on, so I have to go to the extensions browser and turn it on. However, that doesn't happen that often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass solves the problem of different devices saving different passwords, preventing me from getting locked out. It also makes sharing passwords easy and reduces lockouts from websites.

What do you like best about the product?
I use LastPass practically every day and it allows me to function more efficiently. I like that it links me to sites and easily pulls up my login information, and I trust that it keeps my information safe. It's a safe, reliable place to keep my information for the sites that I frequent. I also appreciate how it makes it easy to login and helps create password protections. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

Sometimes it doesn't pull up the same website address and I dont know how to find it
