One less thing to worry about
What do you like best about the product?
I don't need to worry about remembering passwords or creating difficult ones - it's all automated and the auto-fill makes logging in anywhere (phone or web) super easy. When setting up a new account, you'll need to manually adjust all your old passwords to more secure ones, but worthwhile. I use it every day and it's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality on phones could be a bit better. Most of the times it's seamless, but sometimes I find myself needing to switch to the LastPass app, search for a password, copy, and then paste it - not often though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure passwords that auto-fill -> much faster logins while also being secure.
LASTPASS excellent tool for family sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manage elderly parents passwords. Family Sharing feature if extremely valuable as well as the synching between computer and mobile app is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Folder management could be better. Would recommend a better interface.

Helping elderly parents manage passwords. Keeping shared accounts with my partner synched across our devices up to date with passwords. Generating complex passwords.
Great Password Vault
What do you like best about the product?
I like the autofill when using the LastPass extension, as well as the shared password functions. I use this every day and it keeps my passwords secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface when viewing the Vault is not extremely intuitive, it could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing passwords securely as well as using MFA is simplified from using other solutions.
Easy and secure way to replace your passwords!
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates well with browser (I use Chrome) and mobile (iPhone) so I can use my passwords across platforms. It's also great for generating new passwords and storing secure notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints right now. Occasionally, Lastpass will suggest a password and then not automatically save it, so I just have to copy it and ad it manually for new accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass is my primary password manager, it's allowed me to stop reusing passwords for multiple accounts and access them wherever I need them.

What do you like best about the product?
I can have strong, safe passwords for all of my accounts and I only have to remember the one to log into LastPass.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the autofill overwrites the wrong information.

I don't need to remember multiple passwords
Very helpful for my work, all my passwords are safe.
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass gives recommendations on how long a password should be, it gives you notification if some of my passwords are not safe or strong enough and it is time to make them stronger. It is also very easy to find any password I need, and easy to manage them. The website and app are both easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I like everything. Never had any problems with it.

I don't need to remember all my passwords, it is safe to use it.
Great manager
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass works great to store your password, pins, address, credit cards, and account info in one place. Easy to access on phone or computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Master password can be daunting to type if face recognition doesn't work

One easy-access storage of complex passwords that can be auto generated.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the ability to organize your passwords, and the thorough security in place
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's easy to use and reliably autofills when you want it to.

Not having to keep all my passwords on an unsecure piece of paper

I appreciate the opportunity to keep my important information in one place with one access point. I appreciate the popup reminders to save passwords and the auto fill option.

I haven't found any features that I dislike, yet.
