Reliable, scalable, enterprise-level solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to share, update, and control access to credentials. We use the password generator to prevent reuse of passwords among staff and can review the security scores at the admin level at any time. Customer support is quick and responsive and almost always has a solution.
We use LastPass on a daily basis within the company after rolling it out a few years ago - it was as simple as installing a browser extension and has replaced our fragmented credential storage.

What do you dislike about the product?
At an enterprise level (1,000+ credentials), the plugin / website often slows to a crawl.
Sharing credentials is sort of an obtuse process that requires more steps than you would reasonably expect.
There is some goofy reporting issues between the 'old' and 'new' admin portals and you may have to open both to find a specific set of data.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had previously stored passswords on separate files within our secure document management system; that resulted in version control issues and decentralization of the shared data. With LastPass, all of the data is cloud hosted in a secure environment and accessible to any of our team members (who meet the security requirements we set within LastPass).

What do you like best about the product?
Security. It is easy for me to share passwords without the info.
What do you dislike about the product?
We routinely have problems with onboarding new employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple tech vendors where we have one login for the whole business and share it. I don't want employees to have the actual password.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really intuitive, and seamless and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes give popups or suggestions when they're not needed. And then cover drop down options that the website is providing that I need to access and then I can't get behind Last Pass to select.

Remembering my passwords, and generating safe passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can keep a secure record of all URL's, the usernames, and passwords that you use, primarily by simply knowing your lastpass account name, and Lastpass password.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, as it is cost free, and has worked brilliantly for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It leaves room in my mind to think about and remember other things in life, as opposed to every username, PIN and /or password that us humans use for the plethora of digital products that we no doubt all have to use in this day and age.
LastPass is a secure "Easy Button" for your passwords
What do you like best about the product?
I can use crazy intricate passwords for each of my accounts and I do not have to try to remember them. I can easily sign-in to any of my accounts from any device. Password changes are in the LastPass app, so when I make a change on an account or password from my phone it is seemless (unlike search engine password storage which only works when accessing accounts via the web)
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a small difference in the security from the app and the web. IE: in the app when I open an account in my vault I can easily see the password, but have to reenter my password to show user-name and all account info, but in the browser version I have full visibility with one-click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple and secure Password Management. I don't have to kept a written list of passwords, which is not secure and a pain to keep updated
LastPass is a time saver.
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass has saved me so much time. Passwords today are getting more complicated and each site has to have different passwords. I no longer have to keep resetting my passwords because I forgot them. Also writing them down on a piece of paper is not so convenient especially when you lose the paper. It's also not safe to write down your passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I don't like is that sometimes on my android phone it does not always pop up when it's time to put in the password. I need to close the browser and open LastPass then authenticate it with my fingerprint then go back to my Brower and then it will allow me to click on LastPass auto fill. It could be a setting on my phone that I am missing.

I kept forgetting my passwords and now I only need to remember my master password.
Lastpass is a Simple and Fast Password Managed with Robust Managment Features
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is easy to use, fast to respond, and simple to manage, with no compromise on features! Implementation is simple, and deployable with GPO or an RMM. I use this product daily, and many of my clients use this product heavily. It is very easy to integrate with Google, 365, and Cisco Duo. Support is fairly quick, and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app does not do MFA when MFA tokens are stored. There were two large breaches in a short period of time, though I do feel it was sufficiently handled!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securing my passwords, and encrypting them when access locally. Improving web safety by verifying the site I am on is really the site I am on. Safley and securiley sharing accounts and passwords with members of my teams and clients who are using LastPass.
Excellent password management
What do you like best about the product?
I have LastPass on my phone and with Face ID, and 2FA it's an easy and secure way to store and enter all of my passwords. I no longer use the same passwords on most accounts, all passwords are unique complex and secured
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand the point but it's a bit annoying having to reauthentocsre my iPad every 30 days

Security, it allows for unique and complex passwords for all accounts
