What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, the UX is amazing. Would recommend to everyone.

I think LastPass is great but can improve further.

LastPass is great for dark web monitoring!
Long-time User, Good Enough to Stay
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using lastpass for a long time, since before they were acquired. It is simple enough to use, and to train my family on how to use. I appreciate the security features, the security score, the ways I can manage my family, and that as a business user, I also get family benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difference of features between business and personal can be confusing for someone who uses both products. Keeping work passwords and personal passwords separate is a pain. While you can link the two (and assumingly use your business account as the one you log into primarily), it means that stuff like MFA codes are not usable on the personal side. I also don't understand the LP authenticator app. I don't understand the benefit it adds vs. using google authenticator, authy, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining unique passwords for every account that I have on the internet and keeping them complex enough to be secure. Keeping information shared between family members accessible for all of us that need it.

- Passwords stored in LastPass are encrypted with a unique key for each account which makes it super secure
- Has mobile app, Hence easy to switch between web browser and mobile app

What do you dislike about the product?
-There has been a data breach in the past at LastPass.
-It does not work offline, internet access is required.
-The free version can only be used on one device simultaneously.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass is a great tool. When people have loads of different passwords it becomes hard to keep track and store them. LastPass provides us with a way to save passwords securely and use them with clicks. It also has a sharing feature where we can share important confidential details with teammates.

I love how LastPass fills in automatically for you.

If you have multiple accounts for a website its bulky to try to switch between the accounts.

Securely storing our passwords. It is a great tool that allows our team to not worry about their password.

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass allows you to safely and securely store all of your business' passwords for various sites and accounts. You can categorize the passwords by folder, and allow certain employees to access each folder based on which accounts they will need to access. Another thing we use and love is the password generator, which generates a string of random characters when creating a password to ensure you are not using duplicate or easy to guess passwords for new accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not currently have any complaints about LastPass. I have been using it for several years now and it has continued to be very helpful in my day-to-day workload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass is helping our organization to safely store our passwords for our many different accounts. It allows us to easily restrict/allow access to specific employees for only the accounts they will need. It also helps us generate safe and secure passwords.

LastPass is very secure and simple interface. Lastpass is easy to use. It's provide a features like Password sharing, 2FA authentication.

There is no drawback in LastPass. I don't found any drawback in it.

LastPass has multiple features which we can use for login authentication. It's provide secure authentication.

What do you like best about the product?
If you want to secure your passwords and PI data, then you can use LastPass. The best part is it uses the AES 256-bit cypher for the encryption makes access management hassle free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve on the data security to avoid any data breaches. Measures should be taken into consideration for PI. Some of the features are limited and there is an area of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's provides the MFA, SSO for multiple apps in my organisation. So you don't need to manage your passwords and enter OTP everytime you login to the apps on the work.
A good password Manager but unreliable now due to the recent breaches
What do you like best about the product?
As a Security Researcher, it's a daily job to login to multiple tools, authenticate. Lot of tools require a strong password, using multiple passwords and remembering them is tough. That's when Last pass comes in picture

What do you dislike about the product?
I the recent years, where we see the LastPass was hacked and the customer data was breached. That makes it highly unreliable to use.
Other the threat of breaches, it is sometimes considerably slow and makes it unreliable at times.
Also the there is a issue of auto filling the passwords. Not everytime it auto fills the passwords. We might need to copy paste it multiple times

LastPass mainly helps in Multi factor Authentication for lot of sites and tools.
And the most important which is used in day to day tasks is to act as Password Manager to save multiple passwords

What do you like best about the product?
Many sites require you to change your password every so often and you can only remember so many passwords you have for which site for so long without constantly locking yourself out of your accounts to realize you need help. Someone recommended LastPass to me and I have been hooked since! I would be lost without it. It makes daily work for my business simple and worry-free!

Nothing I can think of at this time. I guess I only dislike when I cannot use it for some sites haha but that isnt their fault

It solves trying to remember which password and saves me time from sitting there trying them all and resetting my passwords constanly.
Love Lastpass
What do you like best about the product?
Never having to worry about vulnerabilities or remember the thousand passwords I manage. With Lastpass i can manage my own passwords, my clients passwords and my full time job passwords all in one place. I would not know what to do without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little more phone friendly. It often gets in the way when trying to sign inot items on my phone because the screens that show up over the login screen can prevent you from clicking on certain necessary items that are on the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to manage every login for streaming serivces, utilitiy providers, game apps, productivity apps, network devices, and everything else has become so much easier with LastPass. The speed at wich I can get into the accounts I need to is remerkable. LastPass gives me an edge over my coworkers because I can access more devices faster and don't need to fumble with password resets like they do.
