Great VPN services and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
VPN Services, Ease of Implementation and very manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
as of now none, only have to know the application more

Simple and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity to add and remember members and distribute licenses between team members. Very straight forward to setup and when i did have a snack customer support hooked me up in a few minutes with a resolution. We use it practically every day on the sepcific project we bought it for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't assign a Static IP to just ONE member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us (in South Africa) to work with US clients without them needing to adjust their GeoFencing rules.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of use, configuration and deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment it is not available in languages such as Spanish (which is ideal for me).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perimeter security and complementary to EPP protection
Great tool for monitor devices in network
What do you like best about the product?
We use this tool to monitor VPN activity in one of our client organization and it definitely does a great job. NordLayer can also control access for remote devices and apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Nordlayer.

Used it to Monitor VPN activity and safe guard remote conenction

Customer service was helpful, but a little clunky (needed to book a call)

The setup is easy, usage is cool. You have several options of locations to connect from. It has an admin portal where the admins can do a lot of management

Nothing critical. It works fine and is not giving us any problems

It's keeping our staff safe when they travel out of office.
Ok consumer VPN
What do you like best about the product?
Nord provides an easy to use VPN client, which can be used by traveling team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nord has a lot of limitations with integrations, and federation with Azure is spotty at best. Support is rather slow in responding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replaced business VPN, but introduced other issues, due to integration limitations.

What do you like best about the product?
Its definitely worth it for the level of security and privacy it provides. Im extremely satisfied, with this solution as it provides top notch VPN services.

This limits flexibility. Makes tailoring the service to needs more difficult. The absence of logs and resource control adds complexity.

NordLayer solves issues such, as connection speeds, susceptibility to cyber threats. It make sure improved productivity, and safeguarding of data.
A Really Solid VPN Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use and manage, basically plug and play, the features are nice and the interface is really easy to work with. Pretty satisfied with this VPN solution since day one.

I really have no complaints with this app if I'm being honest.

Static IP, Ease of Access when shifting IP addresses
Fast and very helpful support
What do you like best about the product?
All issues were easily resolved via the support button, I received an almost immediate response. Had very few issues overall and the client works great!

I wish I knew of it and used it sooner! Very happy overall with this solution.

Ensuring employees can work remotely from anywhere, and keeping logs.
