Great VPN for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and add users. Lots of servers
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not unlock certain sites even when connected

Allows my teams to access Geo-restricted application that is necessary for my business
Very user friendly and fast to setup
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and easy setup. Apps for windows, Linux, macOS and iOS. SSO support for google. Everything works as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes one of our dedicated servers slows down the traffic, but we never know if that's the fault of the local connection or the target server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having dedicated IPs company-wide with integrated gsuite.
Deployed in under 30 minutes
What do you like best about the product?
We deployed NordLayer to provide local gateway IPs to international employees and limit access to non-production environments. Provisioned users with Okta and users online in under 30 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about this service. Sales & support are exceptional and we've yet to experience any vendor-related downtime. End-user setup is simple and smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reserving dedicated gateway IPs for access to non-production environments & internal services. Easily provisioning access and deploying clients to end-users. Security simplified.
Best choice to secure the network since day one
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and can be started immediately; impressive customer service. Server reliability and availability are excellent. Competitors are costly, and the implementation is quite challenging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their server is limited; I hope the server list expands to many potential countries, especially those with exponential growth in the startup model. For advance, configurations are not ready yet in the dashboard, requiring contacting customer service over email or chat.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of deployment for personal and professional usage.
Personal: easy to configure for streaming usage, for example

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a little bug after a screensaver or standby. We need to kill and restart the process. Maybe it will be interesting to have some statistics about the traffic passthrough Nordlayer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nordlayer solved a problem of a dedicated IP to have secure access to a specific environment. The system is in the cloud. We don't need to have the on-prem infrastructure.
It's good for small business.

We like dedicate server and configure custom DNS server features.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do not have the option to schedule a call with user.

All issues, like license and server down issues.
Fast, secure and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to onboard new members of staff. Simply add their name and email to the portal and the invite is sent out. Users find it so easy to get up and running
What do you dislike about the product?
The web portal is very basic and could be improved but it is functional and does everything you need. It certainly doesn't put us off using the solution. Everything else is perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a corporate vpn solution for our VOIP system to add a layer of security. We expired using options in house but the cost was massive for hardware and software subscriptions.

What do you like best about the product?
NordLayer offers a very intuitive User Interface, enabling the connection to secured VPN servers. We can choose from a wide variety of Geo's, and the service is generally very stable.
The back-end admin management of the company users is also reasonably straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would have appreciated more convenient pricing for companies. They don't seem strong enough for companies in Asia (China) that need a secured, stable VPN solution for those regions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NordLayer helps us making sure all our team members always connect securely from any location and keep all the company-managed data safe.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set up and manage from an organizational level

Because it doesn't actually live in our VPC, it's harder to secure our network with Nord

It's giving us an easy to set up and manage VPN to use in our organization.
Excellent VPN and have recommended numerous times
What do you like best about the product?
Option of dynamic vs fixed IP addresses. Good reporting. Good support. Willingness to take and implement product suggestions and enhancements. Strong worldwide connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the auto turn on function causes issues connecting to a WiFi signal. Have found need to turn off Nordlayer first and connect to WiFi then reactivate NordLayer.

Providing our teams with secure connections where ever they are in the world. Improves upon company security.
