Great VPN tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its reliable. the connection is almost immediate. With the new NordLayer, the renewal is also easier and less hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Renewal was very diffucult previous to Nord Layer being released. This issue is fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability for remote worker to VPN to the same IP for secure connectivity.
NordVPN is a great service that is reliable and intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to implement and use. We have it set up for our company and we haven't come across any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few times where we would get logged out, but its simply easy to log back in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are running this service since we have products that are available to specific locations internationally.

This is a leading service in the VPN space. Definitely a top pick.

NordLayer provides us with a quick and efficient protection tool that works across all our devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing we dislike at this stage, NordLayer is providing all the features we require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nordlayer helps ensure our communications are encrypted at all times.
Reliable, good features, sometimes slow
What do you like best about the product?
It always works and the corporate gateway is always available. Enjoy the ability to save private networks so the app doesn't "turn on" vpn. Good cost for features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes slow when traveling and interferes with amazon prime video and netflix even when the vpn is disabled/turned off. Have to exit app for these sites to show videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep high level of security and privacy when outside home/office. Can now check financial accounts, pay bills and check stock trades without worry. Not concerned with keeping company data private and secure with all my employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Purchase the additional option to have your own gateway for even smaller companies.

Works really well, but have to remember to turn on.

Doesn't turn on automatically and no setting to make sure you're connected before accessing certain sites.

Sometimes you have to log all the way back in. It always seems to happen when I am running late.

Ingres ip restrictions on client servers. US based servers for international team members.

Simple setup and management
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to set up NordLayer and the ongoing management of licenses is very straightforward. It does what it is supposed to do at a very fair price
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues with receiving invoices for our accounting. However, this has been fixed through Support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of people traveling to several different destinations and we need tools like NordLayer to stay safe on the go.
It's very easy to use NordLayer and manage my whole team on it.
What do you like best about the product?
The setup was easy. It doesn't take a huge bite out of my bandwidth like NordVPN did. Very easy to onboard new people. I'm shocked at how smooth the onboarding is and how little help peple need!
What do you dislike about the product?
It does chew up bandwidth for some users. They shut it off at times because of this which is not ideal. That's really the only downside. I'm loving it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get a dedicated IP for white-listing and protect my employee traffic for remote workers. It does a fabulous job at this (unless people turn it off). The quick onboarding experience is a huge benefit. It's as easy as inviting them and they install the app and they're done!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used a few VPNs to date and NordLayer is my favourite. It's great for IP whitelisting with a dedicated IP and for securing traffic.
The best VPN for small companies
What do you like best about the product?
The setup is very easy and the management of the team is easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection is a bit slow, but it doesn't happen very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a unique IP for the team so we can whitelist it to access some services from our clients. As everyone is working remotely now, it is the perfect solution for us.
Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Native apps are easy to use, and private gateways let us whitelist specific IPs. Connections are reliable and fast, and available in multiple regions for those of us that travel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The IP of our private gateway is blocked by quite a few websites, meaning it must be shared with others? Or maybe just coming from a subnet that is flagged as a VPN

Securing communications when we work on shared networks to meet security compliance. Whitelisting IPs for internal apps such that you can only connect if you're using our private gateway
