Great, works perfectly for our needs.
What do you like best about the product?
We love the fact that we can have international workers use NordLayer to connect to US-based websites without issue. We also love how easy it is to manage these accounts through a multi-user setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our least favorite aspect would be compatibility with devices. We have a unique situation that requires us to run NordLayer on a firestick, and it is unavailable on that device; NordVPN is available on that device. It's not the biggest deal, as this is an unusual requirement, but it would be nice to be able to use NordLayer on everything we can use NordVPN on. We also noticed that we do not have access to all the countries NordVPN does, and this would also be a nice feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem being solved is being able to have international workers access US-based websites without issue. The ability to so easily install and run NordLayer is amazing. Also, the ease of being able to manage, create, and remove accounts is great for our use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have a success manager that can help me with inquiries and he replies quickly every time i send him a message.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to disable gateways on the backend; I'd love to be able to disable all BUT the USA and Canada gateways for example
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running a VPN is an insurance requirement for our industry, so we are fulfilling obligations there. The other benefit to coverage is security offered through NordLayer
Setup process is smooth, VPN is stable, billing is simple
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to (de)provision users, support for multiple operating systems is massively useful, connection is usually very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The VPN client application sometimes hangs and doesn't connect, typically when the computer is waking from sleep. Closing the app and re-opening it usually sorts the issue. Some users had to change the VPN protocol to get a working/stable connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single external IP (via a dedicated server) that we can whitelist on our SaaS applictions instead of managing a set of dynamic end-user IP addresses.
Great VPN service
What do you like best about the product?
Nordlayer provides an easy connection with just a click of a button. The connection doesn't take too long and it immediately lets us connect to our dedicated server.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection speed is relatively slow even though we have our dedicated server. At the same time, the small disconnection when connecting can disconnect us from our services when we are in the middle of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing data from other countries that are geographically blocked. This helps us maintain our security and compliance order and using a VPN keeps our network secure and less likely to be attacked.

What do you like best about the product?
Nordlayer user interface is one of the more simple UI for my users. The users are not confused by the number of buttons. A dedicated server is also available for your company if you need higher security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike about, except that maybe the speed of downloading can be slightly better. It would be good if there were network speed options to be provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved and issue where we required a secure VPN but yet does not want to host a physical VPN server in our overseas office. Staff meets compliance requirements as well using the VPN.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and they provide you with World Wide access to their regions. Its just easy and no fuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin portal could have a few more advanced features, but otherwise its fine and I have no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides easy use for staff to access services that are locked down by IP and ensures that data is secure when working remotely. The IPSEC connection is also handy for accessing the network server hosted externally.

It is a great solution and cost effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Nord layer is the perfect solution for our team. It allows to connect to our private VPN gateway and secure our organization navigation.
We only have to connect and that's it. No extra costs, no maintanance of the infrastracture. We can focus in our job!

Just nothing, it works as expected. As a clear dashboard. Pricing is well explained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simple and straightforward, mostly perfect for our use case
What do you like best about the product?
We found that initial configuration was really straightforward. There weren't any complicated steps or intricate configurations that needed a lot of documentation reading to complete - almost as simple as create a gateway, add users, done!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing missing is the ability to configure split tunneling using the client software. It would have been really handy to be able to leave the VPN connected constantly for corporate infrastructure access while not routing all network traffic through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nordlayer allows us to grant remote access to both our corporate network and our client's networks via the gateway IP address, while leaving us and our clients safe in the knowledge that our traffic is being securely handled.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As long as a lack of split tunneling isn't a deal-breaker for you, it's hard to go wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and MACos app is great. Setting everything up online was a doddle when compared to trying to do OpenVPN on our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not applicable, we're genuinely happy with everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a secure VPN with a dedicated IP to access protected resources in our organisation. Following lock down and remote working the need for this very quickly became paramount. The benefits of NordLayer are great, we get to access protected resources whilst also testing out GEO IP settings using their free VPNs all via the same service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at NordLayer first before trying to configure your own OpenVPN.
