What do you like best about the product?
This solution have greatly simplified our data management processes, improving both data quality and operational performance. The interface is user-friendly and doesn't require extensive technical expertise, which makes it accessible for all teams.

What do you like best about the product?
DQE One’s DataQ and Unify modules have been essential in ensuring data consistency and accuracy. It’s easy to use, integrates perfectly with Salesforce, and the support is excellent. It’s a great solution for any business looking to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Nothing at the moment, I got a nice onboarding and fully operational to build data consistency routines with DQE.

DQE and Salesforce is a must have
What do you like best about the product?
The solution is simple to use and very customizable to fit our needs. It’s giving us flexibility and adaptability to our use cases. Duplicate management is always a nightmare in Salesforce and DQE is helping us getting a 360 view of our customers using both CRM and non CRM data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything that I dislike. Maybe a 2-click integration with Salesforce instead of 5-6 clicks?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is extremely effective for preventing and or removing duplicates for our SF org. It makes it easy to flag duplicates on a very granular level to fit any use case. It's much better than the standard Salesforce duplicate matching feature. DQE One delivers efficient algorithms well beyond fuzzy matching

The use of DQE allows us to avoid duplicates in our customer base

We use the phone number and email verification tool and are very satisfied with it. Fast response time, reliable API feedback.

We had a few cases of false negatives, however, it was very limited.

DQE allows us to ensure that the emails and phone numbers we have in the database are correct.

The team is highly competent and responsive. Workshops with our clients go very well.
DQE's recent integrations with Salesforces and Microsoft Dynamics are very well designed and implemented. It's a great job and makes CRM and marketing use incredibly powerful.

The team is very open to innovations and complex use cases. But only because you can do something, doesn't mean you should.

Customer data de-duplication and quality assurance are essential steps in CRM and marketing projects, especially during initial data loading.
But regular and preventive checks are also necessary. This is often expensive when done manually. And very inconvenient for customers, users, reports and AI models when it is not done.

What do you like best about the product?
DQE is a great partner, I recommend partnering with them. DQE provides many solutions and produts to ensure Data Quality. DQE was successful in supporting us throughout our journey and assessment on this project. DQE was able to answer to our set of requirements and we are now live with already good KPI.

DQE is still a start-up but has developed a comprehensive, mature and at-scale set of solutions/products for their clients.

Our contact data improve in quality to reduce our costs of missed deliveries

Integrate into Salesforce Cloud in a few clics, easy to set up and use for first cleaning and data input monitoring, with an extended range of countries.

I guess it can't be used with the old Salesforce Classic interface. Only with the new Lightning one, which is now the standard.

As an Administrator, I fight with duplicates within Salesforce Cloud. In spite of user's boring trainings and the Salesforce standard duplicate rules, the duplicate Leads, Accounts and Contacts were increasing. Less data confidence, conflict with and between users, high manual correction costs.
DQE One solved this data issue, as an expert in deduplication, delivering efficient algorithms well beyond fuzzy matching.
