It's a great tool for monitoring the development team's performance
What do you like best about the product?
I found the setup process really simple. You have to connect to your git provider and Jira but it's really only a few clicks and the documentation provided was extremely clear. There are a lot of metrics you can track and you can create custom dashboards to organize them. The DORA metrics are also a great objective benchmark to compare against.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was hard to objectively determine how well the development teams, as well as individual members are performing. With Waydev we can decide on the metrics that are important for us and track team performance easily against those so we can spot immediately what needs improvement and how to approach it.
