A powerup to our sprint retrospectives and my one on ones!
What do you like best about the product?
Waydev has ceratinly been super helpful brining in more quantitative data to our sprint retrospectives, and my one on ones. It helps paint a better story of throughput and avoids "I'm feeling X", but rather "based on X metric...".
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a way to customized dashboards to be more specific on what you need but this is a tiny thing as the default one is fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, it's really helping provide a lot of out-of-the-box analytics on speed of output metrics and stability of output metrics, which are absolutely essential to a startup. It saves me a lot of time.
