What do you like best about the product?

Boomi has proven to be a fantastic product for our hospitality client. We constantly need to connect various external systems such as TimeShare, property management systems, and POS software, and Boomi’s integration capabilities handle complex data mapping effortlessly.

The AI capability introduced recently—tools like Boomi GPT—lets us use natural-language prompts to orchestrate AI agents and auto-generate integration processes. This saves a huge amount of development effort and helps us create a go-to-market product in a shorter amount of time.

Overall performance is very good, even in cases involving complex data transformations. On top of that, Boomi’s licensing costs have proven to be significantly lower compared to other iPaaS tools we validated against our use case. Boomi’s design and UX also make it easy for developers to use.

Overall, our experience with the technical support Boomi provides has proven to be efficient and readily available.

What do you dislike about the product?

When handling an extremely high volume of data or very large payloads, Boomi’s Atoms load entire documents into memory by default. This can lead to high CPU usage and, at times, out-of-memory crashes. On top of that, debugging batch failures can create additional overhead in some cases.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used Boomi for one of our hospitality clients. In this industry, data is often spread across different legacy systems such as TimeShare, property management, POS, legacy CRM, Salesforce, and others. Boomi addresses this fragmentation by acting as a unified middleware layer that automates data flows in near real time and reduces manual errors, which helps keep the customer experience smooth. Since it’s a low-code platform, it also cuts development overhead significantly. We were able to automate many workflows, nightly jobs, and data syncs, which helped reduce manual intervention drastically.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate the ease and usability of the Boomi platform, it is very easy to use and powerful, capable of doing everything. I also like the speed and user-friendliness of Boomi. Boomi solves my problems of coordination and synchronization of orders between systems, ensuring that the right information is in the right place at the right time.

I use Boomi to integrate our different systems such as the human resources system and certain databases, to exchange transactional information or master data, which helps solve coordination and synchronization issues with orders.

What I like most about Boomi is how it lets me connect different enterprise applications and bring all the data together in one place, making it easier to work with everything in a single, unified view.

This isn’t really suited for just any business user. You need some technical expertise to use it effectively.

I really like Boomi's clean UI, which makes it user-friendly and appealing. The dashboard stands out to me because it's simple and understandable. Also, the initial setup of Boomi was simple, which made transitioning to it a smooth process. Boomi was also a better fit for our travel industry use case, which was an important factor for our team.

I use Boomi for IT integration, solving data lineage and file management issues.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like Boomi's drag and drop feature, which makes building integrations fast and easy, without taking hours or days. It's also easy to maintain and deploy, especially when compared to other tools. Deployments that used to take hours now only take a fraction of the time, just minutes. I like that part a lot because it also makes managing our operational activities easier for the operations team.

What do you dislike about the product?

Support has to be improved. Whenever we raise a ticket, it's taking time for the Boomi team to respond to production issues. It has to be improved on the support side.

Security and ease of use. Our users really like its ease and co sitency

Testing logs truncating when they hit a certain limit

Start up is difficult. Some of the trainings have had issues. Our data is more difficult to wrangle than we want.

My company needs to clean and standardize data, and I’m excited by the prospect that Boomi can help with that.

I think the trainings need some updates! It’s a bit too easy to breeze through without actually learning. The initial setup was a bit involved.
