What do you like best about the product?
This is really the best site to learn new technology. I like that Ryan has really a deep knowledge of Cloud technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it is too fast, it would be good to slow down a little bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning Cloud computing. I adopted really deep understanding of the Cloud.
A Cloud Guru's platform is great and the content is really detailed.
What do you like best about the product?
The path tracking and organisation user management is really useful as a manager. The content of the course has so far been of a good quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the content seems to be too focused on passing the exam - it feels like its covering just enough to pass, not necessarily enough teach the trainee how to use a service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem with understanding what was required to achieve AWS certifications and where to learn what was needed from. It's hard to understand this without doing research and A Cloud Guru made this much easier. The main benefit so far has been the ease of delivering learning materials to myself and my team in an efficient way.

Good content, wise coverage of technical areas.

Unable to get help from customer support or from the account manager. Totally irresponsive.

What do you like best about the product?
Very good structured courses for cloud certification. Also, A Cloud Guru added a Labs environment some time ago and it is an excellent possibility to touch the technology that you learn.
In addition to this, I really like all other courses that are not related directly to clouds (like Kubernetes, Istio, Linux, etc.)

What do you dislike about the product?
The site sometimes is slow when you go from page to page. And synchronization with the mobile app can be better (in terms of watched videos).
I would like to see some improvements in the UI, but to be honest, UI doesn't bother me so much.

The problem I am solving: I used A Cloud Guru for preparation for Azure Architect certification, and now I am using A Cloud Guru for AWS Architect Associate certification.
Benefits I have realized: study materials contain everything you need for the exam (that I realized after passing the exam), lab environment - very good practical tasks.

ACG are helping my organisation, department and team move to the cloud by helping us learning about AWS.

There is nothing about a cloud guru that I dislike

It covers most of the cloud certificates, cross different cloud providers, and keep the courses updated.

The UI could be more user friendly, especially searching feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive overview of AWS as well as a good idea of what is on the tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The instructor can be a a little hard to follow an distracting at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently using it for my team to broaden their knowledge. TBD.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think changing up the narration may be helpful. As I mentioned earlier it can be kind of distracting.
