A Cloud Guru is a great resource if you want to skill up on Cloud technologies
What do you like best about the product?
Here are a few things I like:
- Instructors are very knowledgeable; material is of high quality
- The lessons are organized as learning paths which helps in preparing for the appropriate certifications.
- With the Linux Academy hands-on labs, A Cloud Guru has become even more valuable.
Overall, A Cloud Guru maintains a very high standard. I can safely say that I have not seen a better resource that has the breadth of coverage of public cloud technologies.

What do you dislike about the product?
A few points:
- I can say specifically this about the AWS exams: I think the certification prep exams need to be tougher and closer to the actual certification exams. The practice exam seemed to miss some topics. Perhaps, A Cloud Guru needs to speed up their revision cycle for exams
- Apart from that, I am not sure there are enough of practice exams. Some certifications dont have any practice exams.
- Questions asked in forums sometimes don't get answered or not in a timely manner. It gets frustrating when you are trying to get through some material and it does not work as shown in the videos

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to perform as a Cloud architect in my organization; I have successfully moved away from a non-technical role to a technical one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would consider taking a Personal Plan to start with. The coverage of cloud technologies is complete. I have not only used the learning paths but also reviewed small bite size videos covering specific topics.

What do you like best about the product?
The learning path and specific goals. Precise lectures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The response time is not as I was expecting. Sometimes questions are not being answered for a week or so.
One more thing that I don't like is the Lelevls and the point system. I went through many courses and answered some questions on the forum, but I still see Level 0 and 0 Points.

A Cloud Guru is the best platform to learn and stay updated on Cloud services!
What do you like best about the product?
That they are always on top of all the updates and I'm confident that I have access to the latest information out there.

That I don't have too much time to learn so much :)

Everything was explained in great detail.

The courses have very few hands-on activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to learn Cloud. A Cloud Guru helped a beginner like me to understand it, and helped prepare for my certification exams. I passed my Cloud Practitioner and Solutions Architect Associate certifications a few months ago, and I am currently preparing for AWS Developer certification.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A Cloud Guru has the best collection of Cloud courses. With the acquisition of Linux Academy, I believe the platform will only get better.

What do you like best about the product?
1- The language is pretty clear and it is very easy to do the steps in the labs
What do you dislike about the product?
1- I was searching about Terraform and step functions and I didn't find proper material. I would really like to have sessions in details about them

I was using AWS without knowing the benefit of each service and the best practices and those courses helped me a lot :)

What do you like best about the product?
Content is updated, they have the special series (like Guru of the Week, and Tech of the future). They now included labs!! The mobile app lets you keep learning on the go!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Before the ACG and LA merge, I missed a lab section. Now it's included in the basic plan!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me keep me up to date with tech news and the most importa with new knowledge. I think the most import benefits is knowledge!

I really like how things are structured, learning paths that give you the exact content you need. The acquisition of Linux Academy is fantastic for users. I also like the format of learning, you can pick up and put down as your learning time allows, and all the learning content is broken up in to manageable chunks.
Now they have cloud sandboxes too, this is a great resource that will allow you to learn and save on costs.

There is a lot of content, maybe better filtering of search results. E. You search to learn Linux and get results for K8 and python, all great by the way but maybe you want to start with Linux

As my career has progressed, I’ve really started to lose my technical hands on skills. A Cloud Guru has literally given me my passion back. Passion for tech, passion for learning

What do you like best about the product?
The videos are short and digestable which allows you to learn quickly. Also, because the videos are short, learning can fit into small time periods when longer time commitments are not possible

Would like to see more self-guided labs or exercises to allow you to apply and test the knowledge you are learning.
