Excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
The first service and willing to help with any of my questions. From day one, I had a wonderful connection and education with the staff FlowCode. Every single time I had a question, they answered me right answer in a timely fashion. I really enjoy working with this company
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing that I just liked the only thing I would positive mention it sometimes to be able to call and speak to someone. Versus emailing but it was really good

Not at all everything was fantastic

Flowcode Is All In One!
What do you like best about the product?
Flowcode has all your needs for QR codes and pages for social media and other applications!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have dislikes of Flowcode or its application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowcode is solving the design and customizations its competitors lack!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the barrier to entry is pretty seamless. It's not only easy to create one code but many by using Flowcode's uploadable template, and it's easy to make changes to links or names of files if you need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the analytics platform as it's not easy to splice data, and if you need a curated report, you have to reach out to the company directly rather than parse through the data yourself. I also think they should expand into other territories and not just house data for the US.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowcode allows us to be a much more immersive experience to our customers. By having an easy to scan QR code built into our content, it enables users to get information at the click of a button while allowing us to track data and measure the success of our ongoing campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for comprehensive data collection focused solely in the USA (currently), their product is good to use. It tracks times scanned, A/B tests are easy, and the platform is quite easy to use.

The platform is very user-friendly, it was easy to navigate and figure out the necessary steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tracking services were a bit more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowcode was key for us to be able to create many codes at once and keep them organized. We've created over 100 codes.

What do you like best about the product?
Flowcode is unlike other traditional QR code company. The interface is incredibly easy to self-navigate, they offer amazing design capabilities (goodbye black & white square!), the ability to easily create a Flowpage microsite to drive to a customized experience, as well as backend analytics to track & measure. The team is also second to none - the account management is superb and the entire team is so passionate about the product. They offer continuous inspiration and creative ideas to push the boundaries and benefit your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! They welcome all suggestions and will actively work to put them into effect if it's not already available to the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- When products go out of stock in-store, it can drive to the .COM product page to save the sale
- For those who are uncomfortable using a tester (or when they were not available during COVID), we can drive to a shade matching tool

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have only found that Flowcode provides opportunities to make what we do (retail marketing agency) even more valuable to our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand your business goals and how you intend to use dynamic QR codes to reach those goals. Further, understand your in-house resources (IT dept? On-staff tech?) and whether or not you will have the ability to manage the analytics yourself or need to look outside of your company.
Flowcode is Best in Class QR. Tim Armstrong is The Man With A Scan Plan.
What do you like best about the product?
Flowpages. They blow Linktree and all the others out of the water. Flowpages even embed video URLs, collect data which is exportable to csv and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. They nailed the UI/ the UX and the customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an author, 92-year old Dr Angie McCartney is using Flowcode in her books to direct people to web and video destinations related to old Beatles archives and places.

I love that they never stop working! They stop on top of what the users ask for, and deliver!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the changes can come too fast, or changes are made to profiles that are not reversible on the user end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowcode is vital to the success of my business. I know there are other options out there, but I like that they listen to their users.

It takes pain points away, being able to scan and do what you need easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to provide contact info for clients and direct clients to a page that I want them to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the fact that I have to place single orders for each of my workers.

Networking is easy to do with just a tap or scan.
