1Password is simply the best password manager there is
What do you like best about the product?
I love how 1Password separates the Vaults into private, shared and others, and also how easy to use it is
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably just the customer support's availability is kind of limited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password helps in many ways, maintaining our accounts secured, plus giving us the chance to just forget about all passwords but just remember 1, like it's name says
Gold standard in password management
What do you like best about the product?
- Ease of use to set it up,
- Shared vaults,
- The fact that it can even save accounts authenticated with Google account (and other OAuth), so you don't have to play a guessing game of what account you used when there's no saved passwords for the account you know you have.
- Blazing fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Pricing model. The fact that they didn't grandfather old license holders from the time when they sold licenses as a one-time purchase.
- Editing mode is clunky in the browser extension, as you have to go to their website, authenticate again and then edit your content.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Passwords can be easily shared among the team (or family) members, not only as the whole vault, I but also individual passwords.
Long time LastPass Enterprise customer, 1Password is better
What do you like best about the product?
Better security practices, less bugs, simple migration path from LastPass, native macOS app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search seems to only get the title, not the content within (i.e., secure notes, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure team based password management and secrets management.
So much better than LastPass
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is amazing and the polish and usability of their apps are top-notch. We migrated from LastPass due to the handling of their security breach but I can't underline what a better product 1Password is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features we're still waiting for are Google workspace SSO and automating their WatchTower reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're an agency that needs to share a lot of client passwords between users and departments. With the family plan included it also encourages all our employees to be more security-minded.
Great Password manager for personal or business use
What do you like best about the product?
1Password has a user-friendly interface, strong security, and great features, including the 'watchtower' to help you learn where to strengthen your passwords. It is easily one of the most feature-rich password managers out there
What do you dislike about the product?
From a personal use perspective, it would be great if they had a free tier that allowed for basic use without needing to pay a monthly fee. That said, I use it in a work environment and it is worth the money for its advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password allows me to keep and store all my work-related passwords separate from my personal vault and ensure I have unique & secure passwords for all of my accounts. The shared vaults are great as well for managing shared passwords / accounts.
Easy and Secure
What do you like best about the product?
Using one of their features called vault is very helpful. It's easy to add bulk log-ins for team sharing. Customer/Client Support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used 1Pass for just 1 month now - no issues have been found yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy sharing/access to log-ins
Great Tool for Centralize Password/Credential Management
What do you like best about the product?
It is great to have 1Password for managing multiple accounts since we do not share any private information with anyone which may potentially put the account at risk. It has 2FA and you can also update the password whenever it is necessary
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a downside but also part of the security process since you need to log in again after several sessions of inactivity in a given period of time. It would be best to detect if you are using the same machine in one day to avoid asking you to log in every now and then
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sharing passwords to everyone which may potentially block the account and for security reasons
Absolutely the best
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for our users.
Secure.
Users get personal accounts for their own use, reinforcing a pattern of behaviour.
Integrates well with our HRIS to provision and de-provision accounts
Chrome extension integrates well and can be automatically deployed to users.
Conditional access on VPN/loctation/version.

What do you dislike about the product?
The latest version is Electron based and a little slower than previous version, but I have found that it seems to be improving with each iteration, and I don't see the same performance penalty that I did with version 8.0.0
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping passwords complex and limiting reuse
Keeping passwords stored in a company controlled repository and allowing sharing across teams that need access to the same password/secrets

Easy Password Safe and So Much More!
What do you like best about the product?
You can save everything from passwords to addresses to credit card information
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. I wish i could easily delete old entries that are no longer needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving all of my corporate passwords in one place, corporate cards, and company addresses
Password Vaults made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Transitioning to 1Password is crazy easy for technical folks, but our least technical users transitioned just as well. Enabling/sharing OTP MFA for accounts where each user cannot have an account has been an amazing help!
What do you dislike about the product?
The change to version 8 is nice but also a little too opinionated at times. These are my only gripes with 1Password otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to ensure that our secrets stay secret, that our users are encouraged to use better security practices and that we have better visibility into the usage of our security tools.
