Great Password Manager, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, update and add passwords. Browser plugin makes accessing passwords easy, mobile app works great. Multiple options for generating secure passwords for sites I use and other purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating passwords is manual. With other managers, I can update a password on a site and the plugin will recognize that I'm updating so it will confirm and update my vault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing passwords and secrets securely. I don't have to remember passwords or access an excel spreadsheet. We can share vaults and passwords through the system without emailing a password in an unsecure way.
Excellent tool for password management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and safe password manager with intuitive UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Nope. It fit my daily needs and is always at hand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have all my passwords in one place
The go-to for secure password managment
What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX is just superior when compared to others in the same market. The fact that it does what it does is remarkable, but to do it whilst looking good certainly makes the difference to me.
I also like how 1Password is evolving to stay relevant and fresh - being able to use the app across devices, and operating systems, is fantastic.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest as it does the job almost perfectly and at a reasonable cost. The only annoyance I have is saving back-up codes for various 2FA enabled websites, as I have to copy and paste each line manually into a vault entry, whereas it would be great if there was a better quick way to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to securely generate and store passwords for ourselves and for our client websites. Using 1Password means this is done without worry and takes the hassle out of managing hundreds of unique passwords manually.
Out of reach, safe from a breach!
What do you like best about the product?
Imagine you have another brain but only for all passwords! Create new secure passwords in seconds and keep stuff organised. A new server at work - no problem, store details including user and password and share in a matter of seconds with colleagues. Need a dedicated secure space to keep accounts, connections, notes, files, etc for a project - create a new vault and allow only certain users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some concepts may seem odd (duplicate records hold the same creation date). You wish you had some sort of template management within the 1Password. More options to sort the list of entries. Archived items are moved to a certain vault ("Archive") and lose the details of original vault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to generate and store relevant accounts you use on a daily basis and even offers a tool to autofill websites, and webform prompts. No need to keep complicated notes - just create an entry, save or generate a password, assign a tag and save in a dedicated vault.
Working with a team? No trouble - create a vault for a project/area and share all relevant accounts/access credentials with your team.

Super simple and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
It encourages me to have much better habits around security. Its password-sharing capabilities are also excellent for sharing externally and within your team.
I used Lastpass for a long time, but many security incidents made me look elsewhere around three years ago, and I never looked back.
At the time, at my company, we also wanted to adopt a corporate password manager and looked into various options (1password, Dashlane, Roboform, Nordpass, Keeper, ...), but in the end, 1password was the perfect one for us, due to the ease of using shared password vaults and having a personal vault for each user

What do you dislike about the product?
Though it works well with password automatic population in native apps, if you use a virtual machine (such as parallels), it doesn't allow entering passwords in the apps inside of the virtual machine; you have to rely on the copy/paste functionality. It's a minor gripe, but one I definitely would like to see improved.
With the newest version, if we have images stored in the vaults and try to access them, it downloads a copy to your local machine before showing it to you, which doesn't seem to be the most secure way of doing things. In previous versions, there was a "preview" feature embedded into the app, which seemed more secure

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my company, we always needed to use shared passwords. Before using 1password, passwords were shared by mail, Microsoft Teams messages, etc. Some people were storing their passwords on Excel spreadsheets (some with and some without password protection), and others just used a txt unprotected document for that. Passwords were reused in many different environments, and overall, we were adopting very insecure habits from a password management point of view.
1password solved all of that. The adoption was a bit slow at first (mindset change is always hard), but everybody now realises that this is a much better practice and is not inconvenient at all. In fact, after you learn how to use it, it makes signing up for new services even quicker than before

The best password manager I've used
What do you like best about the product?
I can add notes to each password. I can categorize my credit cards. I can manage my company's account easily, store whatever I like, and access it anytime and anywhere!
Also the option to add 2FA as well is the best I've used.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's buggy when I want to use it on safari (Mac).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable password manager that helps teams a lot. Instead of writing secret things on sticky notes, I write on 1password.
The best password manager on the market, and one of the only pieces of software I use every day.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy to use UI of 1Password. It's definitely the best password manager on the market in that regard. As A canadian I also like that it is a growing tech company in the Canadian Tech Space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, their support team can take awhile to get back to you when you have an issue. But when they do, they resolve the issue effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to have hashed military grade security passwords for all my passwords. I'm way more productive because I don't have to remember all my passwords, it just autofills it for me in a secure way.
Be amazed by 1Password: The finest password manager around.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the convenience of 1Password as a password management software. It offers superior cryptography in protecting all passwords. Touch ID makes it simpler to use by repeatedly eliminating entering passwords - saving them instantly after they're created on OS X devices with iCloud access simplifies synchronization across Apple products, which is incredibly helpful when needing multiple logins simultaneously! It allows me to purchase apps just once rather than regularly inputting my payment information each time I make purchases on different sites or applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that we cannot securely and confidently store passwords on a system unrelated to our own. While 1Password offers several great features, such as cloud-based synchronization, its servers need to be trusted with sensitive data due to its lack of alignment between what we consider secure enough for our customers' safety. As such, it is in everyone's best interests for us not to use 1Password going forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem with 1password is that I am locked out of many websites and applications, even though my original password was secure. Furthermore, the new passwords I have created could be more robust and reliable.
Keeping Passwords safe
What do you like best about the product?
1Password allows you to easily create usernames and logins for multiple websites, even your personal information. Knowing my information is secure with 1Password is very helpful when using several platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about 1Password is having to dig to find my secret code to get into my 1Password account on the web. While I should keep this handy, it is not always available when I need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password helps our company ensure personal and professional information security and privacy. This is important throughout our day-to-day work as we use many different websites simultaneously.
