Best Password Manager for Business
What do you like best about the product?
The reason 1Password is important is to choose it because it is easy to use as well as the security features it provides. We have been using different types of Password Manager for our team for many years but for various reasons, we are not satisfied. So we came to know about this on a YouTube channel and decided to try it with 1Password. To be honest, we ended up there looking for a great Team Password Manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, 1Password's Android app is not as comfortable to use. Sometimes the AutoFill option does not work. I do not know if it's a problem with the Android version we are using now, but 1Password definitely needs to improve its Android App. I hope that they will pay attention to the feedback of the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team, we need many people with the same password to log in to the same website. The biggest problem we face in such situations is that password sharing is safe. This problem was solved after the arrival of 1Password because we can easily share the password in 1Password itself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As I said earlier if you want to share your password securely with your team members then of course you can use 1Password boldly. Additionally, 1Password provides 1GB of encrypted storage for everyone. There you can save your very confidential files and documents.

I cannot explain how much easier 1Password has made my life
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to log into 1password with my fingerprint and it saves everything in one place which is so nice!
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, there isn't anything I dislike yet and I've been using it for 8 months. It's very simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to solve the problem of having weak passwords and the problem of not being able to remember your passwords when you make secure ones. Best combination!

What do you like best about the product?
I have never been good with passwords. 1Pass gives me the confidence to create unique, complex passwords without worrying that I will forget them and get locked out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love paying for it, but understand why it costs and have saved so much time not having to reset passwords for seldom-used logins. I can also store important notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password management as well as notes like frequent flyer numbers and Known Traveller numbers. I can also access on my computer, cell phone, or while travelling.

I recommend using this or a similar platform.

it took some searching around, but we found 1password, which has a client for Linux. and that's surprisingly uncommon. it's not like Linux users don't care about using unique passwords--we do--there's just not a lot of tools for us lol
What do you dislike about the product?
it's a little more fiddly than using the built in password manager in a web browser, but setting up this program lets you use a password manager on native apps, which sometimes comes up

we needed to standardize on one *good* password manager product that could work for the whole company. we have people on all sorts of operating systems and mobile operating systems, so finding one with support throughout was important
Best Password Software Hands Down
What do you like best about the product?
1Password takes all of the complications out of password storage and organization. No need for memorizing or even thinking of passwords. Just know one and you're done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is a subscription model for this software now. It started as a one-time fee and switched to a subscription model. However, it is worth it now for peace of mind and security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Memorizing weak passwords is a thing of the past. I also benefit from adding locked hard drives and other encrypted items. It speeds up daily life utilizing this software.

The functionality is clean, extensive, and easy to use. The integrations are vast and work effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The experience across platforms is sometimes inconsistent, i.e. not all features or design functions are available across all platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to manage my work passwords. My passwords are now more secure for all of my logins.

I like their support of open-source software, and the seamless way my passwords go from place to place.

I think sharing could be a bit more clear.

I am solving the problem of giving access to a wide variety of services and accounts that my Society uses without risking security.

What do you dislike about the product?
the user interface could be a bit better, but it isn't bad by any strech.
It costs a bit more than I'd like, especially compared to what we pay for other tools with our non-profit discount. However it is comparable with other password managers and well worth it vs those.

Our staff would forget passwords
Staff would leave the organization and we would be locked out of accounts not knowing how they accessed them.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is amazing. Migrating from others is easy if you follow the instructions. A few users didn't and had trouble, but it was user error. Create groups and shared vaults for each department and start enjoying the security and convenience that is 1Password.
Keep Your Passwords Safe
What do you like best about the product?
I needed a password manager because I was tired of forgetting my passwords. I tried 1Password and I was able to create strong passwords for every website I use. Now I can log in to each site with a single click. The best part is that my passwords are safe and they're encrypted. I've never had a problem with my passwords since I started using 1Password.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Android version of the app had more features but I know that the development team is constantly making improvements. I'm sure they're going to be rolling out these features to Android very soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's hard to come up with new passwords every time you sign up for an online account. I want an easy way to keep my passwords secure so that I don't use the same password for more than one account.
