A must-have if you care about security
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is available on all the platforms I use (iOS, macOS, Windows, Android), plus there are extensions for all the major browsers. The UI is clean and well-organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a minor detail, but I find it a bit annoying that you can't assign a specific keyboard shortcut to vaults. I have two private vaults (a business one and a personal one) and other shared vaults. Since the shared vaults vary over time, the shortcut for my personal one also changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password for Teams helps us to manage sensitive details in a secure way.
Apart from the common login/password storage problem, we use it as a repository of common knowledge for details like VPN configurations, database connection details, software licenses, etc... that need to be shared between coworkers.

Must have for any small/mid-size business
What do you like best about the product?
As a mid-size business CTO, I've pushed for the adoption of 1password as one of the pillars of our security protocols. Employees at first of course were resistant to the idea, but 1password beautiful app design and easy-of-use made adoption and day to day use very, very easy. Proactivity for better security also increased as 1password warns employees of passwords being used on multiple websites!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, for me the tool is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I joined the company my main goal was to raise security awareness, implement security protocols, and start a very strict security compliance department. 1Password allowed me to do that by helping me secure ever key stakeholder passwords, not only corporate passwords but also private and family passwords.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an executive sponsor looking for a tool that contributes to the security protocols of your company and especially helps to raise security awareness, 1password is the tool for you. Business accounts are cheap, teams are easy to manage, customer support from 1password team is great. You can do a 1-hour presentation showing your employees how to use the tool, have them sign an agreement that passwords are now managed, and they will begin using it right away since the app is very, very easy to use. The app is also connected to HaveIBeenPwned so you will have real-time notifications if any of your employee's email leaked somewhere.
The best password manager out there
What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple and has all the features you need for personal or business. I've used LastPass, KeePass, Dashlane and RoboForm and I've found 1Password the best of the lot. LastPass admin for business was painful, and the others just lacked features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I have had no issues at all with 1Password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No business should allow staff to "remember" their passwords - it's a flagrant breach in security as everyone just re-uses existing passwords and uses predictable iterations. A password manager is the only way to assure security.
1Password is essential to our business operations
What do you like best about the product?
The team design of 1Password makes it a breeze to share credentials with the people who need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Shared vaults are great, but it would be nice if it were possible to apply individual or group permissions to individual logins. There are plenty of instances where the overlapping Venn diagrams of who needs what logins means that there has to be two or more copies of the same login in two or more vaults.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For organizational health, sometimes multiple staff need access to the same passwords and even two-factor authentication. 1Password makes this a breeze in a secure manner. Random, strong passwords for all accounts, and a history of past passwords is a great feature, too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate, this is a great product, worth every penny.
Online password management
What do you like best about the product?
1password makes it very easy to save all of the essential passwords, charge card numbers or perhaps various other confidential info you wish to defend. As a web designer with numerous servers, all with various passwords, it will make my business a lot easier. Additionally, it has a function which enables you to produce complex passwords in case you cannot discover them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several much needed functions that you've to spend more (monthly), but luckily the cost has fallen even and significantly cheaper when writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The administrator management panel is quite unintuitive and some functions are hard to find
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Because it combines with all main browsers and immediately enters credentials, it will make my life a lot easier rather than being forced to remember the credentials of mine and re enter them every time.
1Password is indispensable, and AgileBits is awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
It's built to be friendly and easy to use and access, while being hyper-secure.
Syncing between devices and accounts is seamless, reliable, and almost instantaneous, so your data is accessible everywhere!
1Password is also built to store much more account data than just passwords. The ability to store account and security information is a huge benefit when contacting tech support or having to remember PINs, security questions, etc.!
As a computer consultant, I track several thousand entries shared with our clients. This makes life easier for them and us.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. There are always things we'd like to see added, and 1Password is always evolving to address those needs as best as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and sharing all account info with clients. It eliminates clients forgetting info and/or looking for notes on paper.
We can record much more information, and while it's much more accessible, it's also dramatically more secure!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't just purchase 1Password, but learn and use it. Many people have no idea of all the features and uses for 1Password because they never took time to learn the entire "toolbox".
Password management in the company / home
What do you like best about the product?
I wish to hold all the passwords of mine on the telephone. I can only enter my master password as well as access anything. I also like the point that you create strong passwords so you do not have to make use of variations of the identical password far more than one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
For each password, you have to provide an account to ensure that if someone can access it, just about all their passwords are actually readily available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1-password saved me a great deal of time and offered a secure setting to do business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall, this's a fantastic program which will help me remain organized with my private passwords.
Everyone should have a password manager and this ticks ALL the boxes
What do you like best about the product?
Rolling 1Password out throughout our company has opened my eyes to the problem that passwords invariably introduce.
Everybody without exception used the same few passwords for both their various work logons and personal accounts and generally this was proved to be mostly pets or family members names.
The best password is one that you don't know and this encourages best password practices and allows you to select a password that you could never possibly remember and even warns you if the password is not good enough or has been duplicated.
I now have over 170 unique passwords and the only password I now know is the one I require to get to all my other passwords. It is not a password I have ever used on anything else.
For the most part, the plugins and integration of 1Password make typing the complicated passwords a thing of the past with only a few exceptions where the password has to be copied to the clipboard (which 1Password automatically clear after a short time) and pasted into the logon box.
I advise also having it on your phone and all passwords can be viewed and manually typed in if using a computer that you don't normally use which therefore doesn't have your 1Password account.
There are lots of different sections within each entry to add additional information like memorable information etc. which you can record and view as necessary.

What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part of migrating to 1Password has been moving all my passwords into 1Password and then individually going through all my logons and changing the password to something much more secure.
This means logging into every account and going through their "change password" option but then when you do this, 1Password notices the change and will provide a secure password suggestion or allow you to alter the password recipe if the requirements differ and will automatically update your 1Password vault if you let it.
It is impossible to get around this with any competing product and it will never be possible. 1Password makes the job of updating the passwords as easy as possible but it will always be up to you to go into your individual accounts and change your password.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone uses a small handful of passwords and often forget them or forget that they had to change it so just added a number to the end.
I found most people really struggled to think of a new password that they had never used before and only did it because I forced them to.
Had it been left to them, they would have reused a password they use for other things.
Therefore I realized that 1Password takes away one of the major problems with selecting a new password and will offer a non-memorable password suggestion in every case.

Best password manager out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Team vaults make it simple and easy to share logins amongst your team. The tight integration into all major desktop and mobile OSs, make it simple to autofill passwords. 1Password's method for storing 2FA (two-factor) codes is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little confusing when to use the 1Password native browser extension vs. 1Password X.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding new team members to team vaults gets our employees quick access to our large repository of passwords.
all your passwords, safe in one place! the password of your passwords
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have all the passwords safely stored and available from several devices at the same time. Netflix, Paypal, Google and all that you can imagine stored and safe. safer than writing them in a notepad on your phone
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the mobile application, it is clumsy even when I fill out forms that are not related to passwords, it always asks me if I want to save this password, but what I wrote is not a password, they should improve that part of the mobile app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve the problem of having many subscriptions, accounts, users, and those things in a thousand places and being afraid of forgetting some of them or even using the same password for all of which is not at all secure. With 1 Password I have all the passwords available under a single password easy to remember
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They should know that it is a subscription, in my case it is used collectively and it is good that you publish public passwords so that everyone can see it, something like the WIFI at home or even the password of the Netflix account and know how to keep those private passwords that you really don't want anyone to see, like your bank account and stuff. Once you have that detail in mind, the rest is extremely easy to use. Dare to enter the world of 1 password and have all your passwords organized in one place and only one password away from all your other passwords. it's really useful when you don't have such a good memory for those things
