I find Conductor user-friendly and a great source of inspiration for topic discovery and content guidance. It has helped me narrow in on what article content to produce, making it more engaging and aligned with what people are already searching for.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find it challenging to drill into the location in a more niche way, like Alberta, Canada, not just Canada. I think including features from Google Trends would be beneficial.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Conductor for keyword research and content guidance. It helps me discover content topics, understand search volume, and the competitive landscape. It's user-friendly and inspires engaging content that people are already looking for.

What do you like best about the product?

I majorly use Conductor for SEO and AEO research, content generation, and keyword and prompt tracking. I extensively use the Content generation feature to expedite the content process, which saves me valuable time by providing the first draft of various content pieces. It cuts down the overall process in half for me and saves valuable time spent on research. It also helps me identify relevant prompts for AEO purposes and monitor chosen prompts for improvements and movements that we can map with our publishing activities.

What do you dislike about the product?

I feel the AEO capabilities can be improved further to provide more accurate and relevant metrics for AEO tracking. Also, the initial setup of Conductor is a bit extensive and requires training for new users to really get the hang of the platform.

I find it a little overwhelming. I am not sure how this can improve. Maybe I just need to use it more.

The MCP will hopefully make using Conductor more easy since it will pull exactly the info I need into CoPilot

They are constantly improving their platform. It seems like each month, they have some type of improvement or new feature.

When they roll out new features, they’re usually free to try at first. But once you get used to them and they become a part of your workflow, they start charging for them.

Conductor helps solve just about any problem you might run into in the search world. It’s incredibly comprehensive, with a solution for virtually any type of SEO focus.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate our support team, especially our account manager, who feels like a part of our team. She's very hands-on, takes the initiative, and helps me with every new report I need. She provides helpful insights, addresses pain points, and handles configuration. She also trains other team members. Additionally, I would say the writing assistant is our most used tool, along with the briefs we order via Conductor Marketplace. These have been integral to our content development process over the last four years.

What do you dislike about the product?

I get too many website monitoring notifications, so I struggle to click on all of them and identify which ones are actually the most impactful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Conductor for keyword tracking, analytics, AI tracking, and website monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?

It makes market research, competitor analysis, content analysis(existing content) very easy which help greatly in getting you started on your journey better mold your content to your audience and AI agents.

Its very intimidating when you're new to it.

Our content is outdated and not very AI agent friendly and because AEO has become a big part in the digital space, its helping us bridge that gap.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how well-structured the content process in Conductor is, with clear goals that take a wide range of factors into account for writing a remarkable piece. I really appreciate how each metric goal is explained clearly, offering areas for improvement. I like the part where I review competitors and the industry body of knowledge carefully, as it gives me the opportunity to make a difference with the content. Before writing, seeing all the metrics lets me fine-tune the goals, the approach, and the scope of the piece, ensuring thorough work. Also, the score keeps me eager to keep improving.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the interface is a little busy. Given the fact that it is a complex software, it needs to have a lot of entries, but it's not intuitive. The colors on the control bar are too heavy and there are too many dashboards at the same time. The drafts section within the writing assistant with side-to-side scrolling isn't too friendly. The searching is confusing for me also. If I'm looking for a topic, the filters could improve, and the table looks too basic to me. It lacks a chat where I can give feedback and get 'human-like' responses that help me shape the content. The initial setup wasn't that easy; it took me time to learn a few steps and I haven't learned more than I need to use.

I use Conductor to identify relevant topics and create comprehensive content for my company's audience. It ensures well-structured content with clear goals and metrics, enabling thorough and competitive knowledge sharing.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s taken strong steps to move away from traditional SEO and into the AI search era, both through citation mapping and with adjacent services like an AI writing assistant. Overall, it’s been a real step up for marketers.

What do you dislike about the product?

The search and the number of prompts are limited based on the license level you have, so you can run out. Because of that, it doesn’t feel fully supportive of long-term experimentation.

Great account support, plenty of training, and the ability to dive into different dashboards and insights have been a big help in my day-to-day work with content planning.

Conductor stands out for its advanced AI-powered search capabilities and highly actionable reporting. The AI Search Dashboards provide deep visibility into performance trends, helping teams quickly identify opportunities and optimize content strategies. I particularly value the prompts and topic-level reports, which make it easy to uncover content gaps and align content to evolving search behavior.

While the platform is feature-rich, there can be a learning curve for new users due to the depth of insights available. Some reports may also require initial setup and alignment to fully tailor them to specific business use cases.

With AI-driven dashboards, competitive analysis, and prompt & topic-level reporting, it reduces manual efforts and accelerates decision-making. The platform enables us to better understand topic demand, audience intent, and content performance, ultimately improving AEO/GEO outcomes and driving more qualified organic traffic.

The API is one of the smoothest I’ve used for reporting, and the customer support team is amazing.

The lack of some breakdown dimensions by the API but the team was really helpful supporting on this
