Efficient Debugging and Insightful Metrics, Needs UI Polish

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Oodle AI for db monitoring, logs for info, errors or any breakage in the code, also for metrics and analytics. Whenever there is any issue, I come to Oodle for the backtrace and the files where exactly it caused the issue and what time. Oodle helps debug issues quicker via tags and its breakup for the logs. Debugging a production issue via user details helps in finding the logs very quickly and by backtracing and checking the impacted areas. We switched to Oodle for better performance and detailed information with metrics. The initial setup was quicker with the tour guide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Oodle AI's UI or the frontend view could be more good and interesting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Oodle AI for database monitoring and log analysis to solve issues quickly with tags. It offers better performance and detailed metrics, helping backtrace errors efficiently. Debugging is faster, aiding quick resolution of production issues.

Seamless Integration, Needs UI Improvements

  • April 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Oodle AI mainly for ingesting logs from my software stack and querying them to monitor system health and handle issues. It works seamlessly with our AI tools like Claude code and Cursor, making integration easy and cost-effective. What I like most is the ease of integration with Claude code, as I don't need to learn another query language; I can explain what I need in natural language and let Oodle AI handle the rest. Setting up infrastructure through Claude is smooth, like setting up dashboards or configuring metrics for visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI itself can feel very sluggish at certain points, and the UX is a bit inconsistent in some places. For example, I often find that while configuring filters for a query, the query starts before I really intended, and there's no way for me to stop the query until it's done. It can also slow down when viewing a broad query over a wide time range. An explicit play/stop button when running queries would be helpful. Also, there are improvements needed to the log pipeline - for example, there's no obvious way in the UI to edit the execution order of steps in the pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Oodle AI for ingesting logs and metrics, enabling seamless integration with AI tools, which makes observing system health and resolving issues easy. It's cost-efficient and I like that I can use natural language for queries, simplifying the process significantly.

The Slack integration is impressive, and the setup was super quick with the help of the Oodle team. The integration was straightforward with an OpenTelemetry exporter. Overall, I'm very impressed with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would ideally like to use it even for the on-prem customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Oodle AI for investigating failures with logs, metrics, and traces. It simplifies coding investigations via MCP server, avoids learning PromQL with AI dashboards, and integrates well with Slack. It replaced AWS Cloudwatch, making log searches across accounts easier.

What do you like best about the product?
We found Oodle AI super easy to get started, and it's reliable and cheap too. The documentation is easy to consume, which allowed our agents to build CLIs and alerts on top of it quite easily. It's great that it scales with our load without issues and handles sudden large spikes in our data pipeline effortlessly, just working out of the box. The customer service has been very proactive - the team responds immediately to any questions and the install was pretty smooth even considering our GKE Autopilot runtime was not officially supported at the time. The team was able to get it working in a few hours!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Oodle AI could connect to my CI/CD, GitHub, and Slack to become our production SRE and help resolve on-call incidents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Oodle AI as a unified observability backend for logs and metrics, which also powers our production alerting via integrations with PagerDuty and Slack.

Robust Analytics and Logging, but Search Can Be Unreliable

  • March 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve had a great experience using Oodle, especially when it comes to monitoring and analyzing service performance. The platform offers a wide range of analytics and customizable dashboards that make it easy to visualize key metrics and gain meaningful insights.

One of the standout aspects for me is its robust logging capability. It provides the level of detail needed to effectively track, debug, and troubleshoot issues across services. This has been extremely valuable in identifying root causes and improving overall system reliability.

The user interface is clean, intuitive, and very easy to navigate. I was able to quickly set up multiple dashboards tailored to different services and seamlessly correlate data when investigating issues.

Additionally, during one of our setup challenges, the Oodle team proactively reached out and guided me through the process. Their support was prompt and helpful, which made a big difference in resolving the issue efficiently.

Overall, Oodle strikes a great balance between powerful functionality and user-friendly design, making it a reliable tool for service monitoring and performance analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Oodle could improve is its search functionality. At times, it doesn’t work as expected, making it difficult to quickly find specific logs or data points. Enhancing the accuracy and reliability of search would significantly improve the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oodle AI addresses key challenges around log monitoring and service observability. Previously, we were using Amazon CloudWatch, where navigating and analyzing logs was often cumbersome. The interface was not very intuitive, especially for new developers, making it harder to quickly debug issues or gain insights.

With Oodle, these challenges are significantly reduced. The platform provides a much more user-friendly interface along with powerful search, logging, and dashboard capabilities. This has made it easier for the team to access relevant information, troubleshoot issues faster, and improve overall productivity—particularly for onboarding new developers.

From Fragmented Monitoring to Unified Intelligence with Oodle AI

  • March 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out about Oodle AI is how effortlessly it connects the dots across our entire system. We use it frequently because it surfaces clear, actionable insights in one place, significantly reducing the time spent debugging. The implementation and integration were smooth and straightforward, and their customer support has been responsive and reliable whenever needed. Overall, it has made issue resolution far more efficient compared to CloudWatch and OpenSearch.
What do you dislike about the product?
A minor downside is that the initial learning curve can be a bit steep for new users, especially when exploring all the advanced features. While the core setup is straightforward, getting the most out of the platform takes some time. That said, with continued use and the help of their responsive support team, it becomes much easier to navigate and fully leverage its capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oodle AI solves the challenge of fragmented observability by bringing logs, metrics, and service dependencies into a single, intelligent view. It helps us quickly identify issues, understand root causes, and see how problems impact other services without switching between multiple tools. This has significantly reduced our debugging time, improved system reliability, and enabled our team to respond to incidents faster and more efficiently.

AI Summaries Save Time—No More Digging Through Logs

  • March 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Oodle for some time. Beyond the core problems it helps solve, I’ve especially been liking the AI summary feature lately. It means I don’t have to dig through all the logs just to pinpoint the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit on the UI part, can be made better, and also things can be made more intuitive, eg, the filters are great, but the search bar isn’t very intuitive, and it’s not immediately clear how you’re supposed to use it. I’d also love an “expand all” button that opens all the logs currently visible on the screen, instead of having to click each one individually when I’m trying to find something in the raw log. As it stands, the only other option is to add a filter, but that’s a multi-step process right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from helping us setup proper alters with integrations like pagerduty and the newer ones like incident.io, the biggest problem it solves for me is visibility, having logs from all services collected in one place. I also recently heard that the MCP server with Claude is now available. I haven’t tried it yet, but if it works the way I’m expecting, it should significantly reduce debugging time and provide much better analysis than what we can do manually, which would ultimately save a lot of time and effort.
