What do you like best about the product?

Scytale allowed us to comply with ISO27001 standarts, manage risks and implement security measures and policies with ease. Their integrated platform provides fundamental tools required for maintaining a good cybersecurity posture.

For the ISO certification process, its easy to track the compliance status, pending actions and assing tasks to relevant owners.

The customer support is great, and their professional services excel at helping you effectively. We have worked with Ronan, and he has been fantastic on understanding our neccesities and helping to speed up the certification process.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some tasks cannot be automated, or only support integrations with a few platforms. Having an integration with a general platform like Zapier could help the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to become ISO27001 certified, and Scytale helped us with their platform and expertise in the field.
