What do you like best about the product?

The platform is straightforward to use and allows us to manage the entire process easily.
All the automatic evidence-gathering saved us a lot of time (and screenshots).

Our success manager guided us through the ins and outs of what was needed in each part of the audit to make sure we were both compliant and not wasting time and effort. He also made sure we were keeping pace with the process and knew when to tell us to move faster.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of the integrations can be improved.
While the UX is mostly pleasant enough, it can be improved and made more streamlined.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scytale helped us reach SOC2 certification quickly and easily.
We're a small company, so we don't have a lot of people and tools to handle the process, but with Scytale, a single person can make it happen.
