What do you like best about the product?
The communication with the team was amazing, Tom was our people of contact, and we had weeklies with him.
Each meeting we went over our tasks and progress. He was very explanatory, everything we needed to do was very clear.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the website was a bit complex from time to time. I mean, the monitoring was in one section and the monitor explain was in another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be compliant to SOC2, they helped us.
