What do you like best about the product?

Scytale helps us keep track of our information security compliance frameworks and makes it easy for teams to collaborate and know what they need to do, and what evidence they need to upload.
The implementation was really straightforward and we were up and running within a matter of minutes. Thier customer support is really friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.
I use the platform on daily basis to keep track of things and it's really helped me feel a lot more comfortable for our upcoming audit.
Another great feature is how easy it is to integrate Scytale with our other SaaS applications for automatic evidence collection.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven't found any major dislikes so far. Some improvements on filtering could be investigated but it's not a major thing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scytale really helps us keep track of the controls within each of the security compliance frameworks we adhere to, and makes it really easy to see which controls we are performing well, and which controls may need some attention. It makes it so easy to pull evidence together and keep it in a really organized manner. Trying to manage compliance with excel spreadsheets is just not possible anymore - Scytale solves that really well.
