What do you like best about the product?
Rockstar consulting team, that knows the topics inside out and take care off so many things for you. Although the platform is great, without their consultant you'd still face some challenges. But their consulting is part of their product offering and I'd recommend anyone using Scytale to use their consulting offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of a single thing. Yes, the software had some minor bugs when we were implementing, but those were addressed quickly, and didn't hinder our implementation whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Scytale for our SOC1 type 2 and SOC2 type 2 compliance. We work for American customers, that are publicly traded and therefore require us to comply with these standards. With Scytale it was a relative breeze. Yes, you need to do work yourself, but nothing even close to what you read online when you consider using a ''classic consultant''. I wonder how these guys even still have business nowadays with tools like Scytale around.
