What do you like best about the product?

The platform was straightforward to navigate and easy to use. Its ability to integrate with various cloud platforms, source control solutions, and ticket systems significantly streamlined the process of collecting evidence for controls, saving a lot of time and effort.

One of the standout features of Scytale is its transparent and clear progress tracking for evidencing all controls required for audits. This made it much easier to understand the status and what still needed to be addressed. Additionally, the user access review tool worked quite well, adding to the overall effectiveness of the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have no real dislikes at the moment. One possible improvement could be enhancing the communication with the auditor on the platform, but this is not a deal breaker by any means.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

They provided us with a platform to centrally manage the audit, allowing us to see the progress in one place. Additionally, the integrations they have set up significantly speed up the evidence collection process.
