Easy to Use with the Integrations We Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the integrations are what you need, the team is also extra great, especially the GRC Consultant (Romy) that helped us

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to communicate with the Scytale team and get guidance whenever needed. They handle most of the complex work behind the scenes, making implementation much simpler for us. The controls are well-structured, and it’s clear what type of evidence is required for each, which makes compliance much easier to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improve the integrations from third-parties with GRC plataform to allow more automatic sync without required to manually update the evidences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal is to achieve ISO 27001 certification and ensure that our policies are up-to-date and well-structured. Scytale helps us achieve ISO 27001 certification by centralizing our policies, controls, and risk management in one platform. The controls are clear and easy to follow, and the team handles the heavy lifting, making the compliance process much smoother and less stressful for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the Scytale platform is to navigate, and the hands-on guidance from Jess is really helpful. It makes the task seem less daunting for me, especially since it's my first time using Scytale at our company. The seamless process and efficient way to gather evidence are major plus points for us. The initial meeting was straightforward, and Jess explained exactly what is required, making the setup easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is easy to navigate. I don't have any dislike at this stage.

Scytale ensures we're on track with security and risk management, providing peace of mind to partners. It's easy to navigate, and Jess's hands-on guidance made the process less daunting, with a seamless way to gather evidence for our ISO audit.

What do you like best about the product?
I really value how Scytale guides and assists my company with SOC2 and ISO reviews, especially when some requirements are unclear, and we need guidance on which evidence to supply. The professionalism and competence of our GRC manager at Scytale, who is also very customer-oriented, make a big difference. I also appreciate how Scytale helps us communicate with the reviewers on various subjects like report timelines, payments, questions, and evidence. Every question gets an answer, which makes the whole process smoother. The platform is pretty intuitive, and even if I don't understand something, I just ask our GRC for assistance. Finally, Scytale helps us a lot with these exhaustive and complex processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Be a little bit more responsive. But usually they respond on the same day.

Scytale helps us handle SOC2 and ISO reviews by guiding us on evidence submission and changes in requirements. They also assist in communication with reviewers, making the exhaustive processes more manageable. We started using Scytale from the beginning and find their platform intuitive and helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The entire experience was seamless, easy and quick to get through. Jess made every meeting, every review a walk in the park - it was an absolute delight to work with her and her team. The platform is sleek, intuitive and easy to use! It full integrated with our internal tools and implementation was so quick I don't even remember it!

I can honestly say there is nothing negative that I can say about the team, the platform or the experience.

Thanks to their expert guidance, streamlined processes, and standardised control libraries, they’ve transformed ISO and SOC compliance from a punishingly slow, necessary evil into a highly efficient workflow. Even with a small startup team and limited time, Scytale made it possible for us to confidently achieve certification without derailing our core business objectives.

The thing that I lest like was one of the characteristics of Scytale that got us over the line. Their unrelenting support to achieve the outcome we agreed with them at the start - always with a smile and wise words

As a startup, we lack the massive headcount usually required for compliance. Scytale made it so that our small team with limited time could confidently achieve certification without taking our focus away from our core business objectives.

What do you like best about the product?
The SOC2 compliance review was quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I saw during the SOC2 review was that the links to the videos were incorrect the first time they were sent. This was resolved quickly.
