Before wee were neet to have a manual evidence collection to be ready to the Audit

The pricing model when paying for each audit type being unable to 'enjoy' the platform as is in the day to day

Being prepared for yearly audits, evidence collection, on-going routines like on-boarding enforcement
the team (Jess) at Scytale have been super helpful in assisting us with our SOC 2 audit for 2025.

Everything is one place. The support from the team

Can be a bit tricky to navigate (new to me)

I don't think our team would have been able to do this without Scytale so providing us with exactly what we need to do speeds up the process significantly. Jess has also been helpful with 1:1 help

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Jess to complete our ISO 27001 recertification has been an absolute pleasure. Her professionalism and in-depth knowledge has helped us prepare for the surveillance audit well ahead of time and the use of the Scytale platform as a document repository has been very valuable.

Some of the integration points on the platform need a little work, but nothing insurmountable.

Scytale is helping us remain ISO27001 certified and GDPR compliant.

What do you like best about the product?
Scytale has made achieving certification a realistic goal for our small organization. Their structured approach, clear task lists, and guidance provide the support we need to stay on track. Jess, in particular, has been outstanding—she feels like an integral part of our team.

Scytale is unable to automate my role completely. So im still needed.. Much prefer to spend my time on the beach.

Super easy to use. Amazing support, especially from our contact Jessica. We had the system up and running very quickly and meets all our needs for ISO27001 certification. Integrates with our back office and cloud systems seamlessly.

There is nothing we dislike. We had a couple of integration issues initially but resolved without a problem.

What I like best about Scytale is the personalised support. Jess has made us feel like a priority, offering tailored guidance that has been crucial to our progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating Scytale with some of our existing systems presented some initial challenges. However, the Scytale team worked with us to find effective solutions. Would love to see BetterStack added.
