Great service.
What do you like best about the product?
The Personalised service! The team is incredibly knowledgeable & proffesional. The appointed consultant is always availabe (almost immediately) for assitance, guidance and advice. Going through SOC2 or ISO without their guidance would have been incredibly painful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - I only have good things to say.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick and clear responses, not offering uneccessary options. Clear focus on getting the work done. Direct guidance and the quick understanding about the organization, which facilitated the quick help to adapt policys, etc.to fit the organization
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor limitations in the platform, for example not beeing able to comment on a certain section when reviewing a policy, not beeing able to comment/edit risk mitigation plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collecting the work to be done to achieve the cert, all in one place and beeing able to assign and set deadlines in the platform, keeping it all together

Scytle (espicialy Kyle Morris!) played a pivotal role in our achievement of SOC2 Type II certification for 2023. Kyle's proactive approach and continuous support to compliance meant that we were always one step ahead, addressing potential issues before they could become obstacles.

What do you like best about the product?
Having someone who is fully dedicated to your success and knows exactly what you need to work on / provide is extremely valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many things you need to complete to get the certification - it would have helped if the platform could break down tasks by phase.

Scytale is key to our certification journey - just thinking about doing it without their help already gives me a headache.
Quick HIPAA certification turnaround time
What do you like best about the product?
As mentioned in most of these reviews, Scytale's customer support team really is top-notch. They are always responsive and helpful, and they go the extra mile to resolve any issues that come up. As a founder of a small team, our HIPAA compliance journey started as very overwhelming as I had no idea where to start. I read a couple of Scytale’s case studies from some of their other clients which ultimately convinced me to go with Scytale. After working with them I can say with confidence that it feels like I have an internal team of my own who can handle everything compliance related without me having to review things all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sure, there might be minor things here and there, like any software. But they're minor and the Scytale team is always open to feedback, so I have faith they'll be addressed.

The main problem Scytale is solving is taking the burden of compliance away from us. They have all the knowledge inside their platform and within the team and makes it easy for us to follow.
