Outstanding support every step of the way to SOC2 Type II certification
What do you like best about the product?
The automated evidence collectors are great. Support for general questions, templates, evidence style etc was outstanding throughout the process and I can't recommend our assigned manager Matt Lane highly enough. The evidence creation, review and approval process is intuitive and works fantastically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated evidence collection is marginally more limited on GCP compared to AWS

Scytale helped us to get prepared for our SOC2 Type II audit.

They just sent me this email:

SOC2 Compliance
Focused, professional, efficient – a pleasure.
What do you like best about the product?
Specifically, the person who guided us was extremely helpful in focusing a process that could have easily become scattered and prolonged. The platform itself brings a lot of structure when working independently. Overall, the combination of the system and Tom’s support was exactly what we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We believe there are some improvements that could enhance the platform, and we understand that a new version is already in the works.

Running a SOC 2 process in a small startup with limited resources, where time is a critical and costly asset, is a real challenge ans Sctyale made things work for us

What do you like best about the product?
The Scytale team was alway availiable to help, they provided clear guidelines of what we should prepare for each weekly meeting and that made the SoC2 go easy on everyone
What do you dislike about the product?
The instructors could not always keep up with the platform notifications even when they were tagged in the comments. Sometimes their reply took more than 3-4 days which made the process a bit longer.

Scytale helped us go through Penetrating and get the SoC2 compliance while we are just a small startup with no actual time to focus on security.
We extended a group of 2-3 people with 20% weekly capacity and Scytale helped us cover the rest and guide us on what to do on our side to cover this effot

What do you like best about the product?
Scytale provided outstanding support throughout our SOC 2 compliance journey. Their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a friendly approach, ensuring they thoroughly understood and addressed all our needs. We particularly appreciated their proactive assistance in every aspect of the process. The individuals we worked with were consistently professional and highly competent. The communication with the team was amazing, Tom was our people of contact, and we had weeklies with him.
Each meeting we went over our tasks and progress. He was very explanatory, everything we needed to do was very clear.

I think the website was a bit complex from time to time. I mean, the monitoring was in one section and the monitor explain was in another.

Sometimes you need to go to the help center to find how to approve and upload evidences.

Soc2 compilance is a frustrating process and can be a very time consuming one.
With Scytale we were able to do that wihh minimal time and minimal efforts from our side.
