Review of Scytale as an enabler for our roadmap to ISO certification
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations provided by Scytale allows for easily connecting the majority of our systems for easily accessing the necessary data for achieving ISO compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately some integrations don't allow to filter incoming data at a connection level, which makes it difficult to ensure only relevant data is pulled into Scytale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a consolidated view of our systems and the action items that should be performed to maintain ISO compliance status.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like working with Scytale – they bring a lot of experience to ISO audits and go beyond just checking boxes. They help us understand what’s required, confirm that we’re on the right track, and give us confidence that our security posture is solid. Their platform also makes it easy to view the status of our ISO controls across our various environments, which really helps with visibility and ongoing compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Newer features occasionally have bugs – but that’s the nature of software. They’re generally quite responsive, though if your request is more niche, it might take a bit longer to resolve, which is understandable.*
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us with Pen testing and ISO 270001 compliance
Great SOC 1 & SOC 2 experience!
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very easy to use! The layout helps create a clear order of what needs to be done, and its super easy to track progress the whole time!
The team (we worked with Kyle) was professional and helped give great guidance along the way, to make our SOC1 & SOC2 easier.

We didnt find any big issue with Scytale or the consulting team!

Scytale is helping get us compliant, and keep us compliant!
This is achieved by the fantastic team, and the great platform. Working with both of these elements helped us understand what we needed to do, and it then allowed us to easily track where we were the whole time.
It made compliance a lot less scary!

Scytale Compliance Automation and support
What do you like best about the product?
In addition to the Scytale compliance automation platform, we also received professional support from our dedicated referent, Oron Nachmany, which added great value to the entire process.
Oron also assisted with the communication with the auditor and saved us significant working time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a material downside. One thing is that they keep improving the platform on the move, which may cause immaterial differences in user experience.

Saved time and cost for the SOC2 audit process
Easy to use, friendly platform and support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user friendly, simple and straightforward. doesn't require much effort on my end, their team is great and helpful. Implementation and integration were straightforward and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
limited features, system is great for ongoing GRC audit management etc but less for robust/mature holistic GRC practices. We use the system as frequent as needed for audit management, not much more than that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audit management - the system and the team really reduce the workload from us regarding audit management! Ronan, our Scytale rep is proactive and accountable, significantly reducing the need for our interference.
It is like having a coach who does not sit on the bench but plays with you on the court

User access aspect in the application could be combined so you don't need to update user in each system.

Everything is very clear. The platform is intuitive, Ronan is a huge help and makes the process a lot more clear.

Helps our compliance process easier, faster and clear. Helps the process be organized

Scytale portal is very easy and clear platform, there are many example and something that not clear the representive are giving information and it is great for SOCc2

I think that the process taking too much time

It gave us good scanning for our cloud to know which components in AWS are not passing compliance, like backup databases
Streamlined Process for SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
The Website was quite efficient acting as a central repository. They did an excellent job guiding us through the process and interreacted with the Auditors to ensure a successful result. I have strongly recommended other companies that are looking to do their first SOC2 certification to us Scytale.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can improve there own audit responses. In one case the request to supply more information was not at all clear to the specific topic they pointed me to. It is a minor point, but it is the essence of the efficiency of the process that Scytale brings to the table. I would expect this to be flawless.

viewing the uploaded pictures was not easy and need to download all in order to go over them. many time needed to upload many screenshots. No integration with Wiz
