Compliance Simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale's ability to simplify the compliance process, their automation in evidence collection, and decentralized compliance approach minimized manual efforts, allowing us to concentrate on our core business activities. Additionally, their personal touch and individualized guidance, especially from team members Oron and Adar, added to the overall positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Scytale is still in the development phase of their platform, there's nothing in particular that stands out as a concern. Their continuous growth and potential overshadow any minor areas that may require refinement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale's solutions have fundamentally changed our approach to security compliance. Their methods for automated compliance processing, policy definitions, and evidence collection have made a once cumbersome process efficient and effective. The time and resources saved have allowed us to focus on operational growth and achieving our key business objectives.
Exceptional Service and Compliance Management with Scytale
What do you like best about the product?
Scytales exceptional service. They assign a dedicated representative to work with you and help you address all compliance issues in a satisfactory manner. This includes implementing required processes and adding necessary tools, while ensuring that only what is necessary and appropriate for our company size is added. This was particularly helpful for us as we were only 6 people when undergoing the audit, which simplified many things.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to mention. While their system could continue to grow and mature, I am confident that it will. For us, the system was complementary to the service and not the main focus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale has been instrumental in helping us manage SOC2 compliance through their professional and dedicated service and tools. They can effectively manage the audit preparation process, ensuring that the actual audit is smooth and not time-consuming. This has been a great benefit to us.
Very positive- easy UI/UX and great professional services along the way!

the UI is very easy for a user that does not have prior familiarity with the GDPR field
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I wish that the UX will reflect the exact checklist for me to achive in order to be qualified/certificated for GDPR/SOC2 etc.

Going over the process and execution of soc2, which can be very annoying without help.

The Scytale team was all for us at any time we needed,

At time the dashboard would freeze, it happend a few times during the audit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Security Policies tamplates are a life saver!
They are very professional and easy to work with

All of their guidance is very short and easy to understand and I knew that I can turn to them with any problem I had during the process. We worked a lot with Oron Nachmany, our Customer Success Manager, who was there for us for any problem and with a lot of patience.

Nothing, I really don't have something bad to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped us go through the process of getting an ISO certificate. Without them I would not know what to do and how to start the process.

Helping me knowing what should I do when preparing to the SOC2 + ISO and what are the easiest way to solve the tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Scytale has helped us tremendously to automate our entire compliance flows, from SOC2 Type II, to SOC1 Type II through ISO270001, GDPR, and CCPA.
Amazing responsive team, that helps from the initial stages of the compliance processes through the audit themselves.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can only say that we would love to get better-designed policies out of the platform, hopefully, branded by us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our complete compliance flows, and reduces our workload managing these processes.
Without the Scytale app, I would have probably needed to hire dedicated personnel only for compliance.
